What you’d expect from fast food. Average wait time, Average service, etc. The chicken and zaxbys sauce are really good though. More expensive than I’d like, but then what isn’t these days. But if you’re okay spending $12 per person, the food is good.

The chicken was good, as always. Everything else was pretty bad though. Our food sat in the expedite window for a good five minutes before being called out and that was after waiting nearly 20 minutes. Then my wife’s salad was wrong. Staff kept coming to the front to fill jugs of tea and water from the customer self serve drinks in front of people. There were no napkins in the dining area and no toilet paper in the rest rooms.

I ordered 2 meals & funnel cake, Got to the window, drove off and realized I didn’t have my funnel cake. Drove back around to the window Was asking why The final cake was left it off my order? he repeated everything back to me that I ordered.. It wasn’t that complicated. The girl at the window said we can’t take orders at the window, you have to drive all the way back around and place your order again.. then slams the window in my face!! This is exactly why I never eat at this place because there are too many immature children working there!!!

Was half way through my food and found a hair in my food, which I know it can happen. I do believe it can helped by useing hair nets. The manager was very understanding and gave me a refund. I would still recommend zaxbys even though I had bad experience today. It can happen anywhere. Thank you Zaxbys for caring

Lowered my previous review. Today we did an online order. We arrived 25 mins after placing order but it wasn’t ready. My husband waited nearly 15 more mins inside. By the time we got it home it was cold AND, I had quite a bit of dark lettuce I had to remove. VERY disappointed this time, Zaxby’s. You have done much better….

Macy gave the BEST service at any Zaxby’s I’ve been to in the River Region. Also HUGE shout out to the GM Dominique for fixing my grandmother’s salad after she accidentally ordered the wrong thing. My gma can be kind of hard to deal with sometimes and Dominique was so kind, genuine and professional. 5 stars

This location is going downhill and I don’t particularly care for it anymore. Whether it’s day shift or night shift… the one thing that’s consistent is my order will be messed up. The way it’s made, the extra sauces I paid for missing, etc, it’s going to be messed up. I think today will be my last trip. The kids who work there are rude & glued to their phones.. & it does absolutely no good to speak with someone in management there. I’ll happily pass this location to get to Prattville.
