Sagacious Turkey
Ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries, a Nibbler, and a Peach Tea. The Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries were, by far, the worst thing I’ve ever been tricked into ordering from Zaxby’s. Not only were they dry and cold, but they had almost no ranch at all. Worse still, there was only half a piece of bacon on the entire thing. Not even crumbled up or anything, just sitting there, limp and alone. I thought surely there must be more under the fries. But there was not. It cost $7.99 and they couldn’t put more than half a piece of bacon and an ounce of ranch.

Waited 22 minutes for food. Other people were getting their food. When I asked about it the said the filets take longer. We ordered 2 signature clubs. Good thing it was a drive through order. I’m pretty sure the lost our order and had to make when after 10 minutes I had asked about it.

When you walk in there is a STRONG unpleasant oder. The restaurant was dirty. They wasn’t that busy. Some one should have done cleaned it. I wanted to talked to the general manager to address the problems but the head quarters had the manager in the store to call me. I honestly don’t think that will get much to anything done. My kids love Zaxby’s food but the restaurant needs some TLC.

Horrible customer service. As soon as we pulled to order up we were met with a rude young lady asking “are you ready to order yet?”. We proceeded to ask if they sold milkshakes she responded very harshly “no, you can go next door.”.needless to say, we don’t plan on going back anytime soon.

The men’s bathroom is terribly disgusting and this as soon as they opened at 1045am on Sunday so that means that’s this bathroom has sat with germs and filthy all night what an awful way to welcome a church crowd! Terrible workers.. never see any organization, care or urgency ever at any time of day at this location. The workers just do what they want at the time they want and are more concerned with talking to one another or going on break than doing their job. It’s like this no matter the time or day at this location. It’s the worst one I have been to. Food is usually correct, thankfully so that’s about the one good thing I can honestly say about it

This restaurant has become a joke..to many people in the back laughing and cutting up instead of getting the food out in a timely and efficient matter…the manager i spoke to yesterday doesnt know what hes doing..if he did he would get out of the office and make sure the orders are being filled probably and in a timely manner..Hes rude and incompetent in his duty..my wife and 2 coworkers put in separate orders on the app and by the time i got to zaxbys to pick it up it had been at least 10 minutes if not longer..they had 1 order done 5 or longer minutes later a 2nd order was done
