Well we get food here all the time and it’s pretty much hit or miss on service. Today though I ordered a salad and some kids meals. This is the salad I got. I get salads are leaner and healthier but where’s the rest . Any other location I go to loads it down. Plus it’s missing 2 ingredients and they did not put the salad dressing in. I basically got a few leaves, corn, and chicken to eat dry. Yum. Just check your food before you leave.

I have come to love this place! They’re chicken is so fresh, juicy, tender and battered & seasoned just right! The were having some technical difficulties to keep the drive through running smoothly but that didn’t stop them from putting the customer first.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 10 wings. Sandwiches were cold and they only gave me 8 wings. My 2nd poor experience here. The first time the food was cold too. For Zaxbys to be this expensive, your employees need to pull it together and start giving good customer service instead of just throwing food together & not paying attention to the amount of wings they serve or the fact the food has been sitting out all day and they still serve it cold. Don’t think I’ll waste my money here again. Poor kitchen service.

I get so frustrated with the fact that I have to check my bag and ensure all my food is there because I am constantly missing things. I come through the drive-thru usually because I don’t want to get out of my car. However, due to incompetence, I have to get out most of the time because i’m missing food, wrong sauces, I’ve even been handed the wrong food on some occasions. I’m not sure where the training is happening for quality checks on orders, but it’s lacking.

this restaurant is DISGUSTING! tables are ALL sticky with food. floors have old food and napkins and straw wrappers all over. there are no straws, napkins, or lids. trash cans are no joke overflowing onto the floor while also having piles of trash on top of the trash can. food tasted good but inside the restaurant was the worst i’ve ever seen.

I’ve been coming to this 72 location quite often recently and I must said you guys never disappoint with the tasty food. Each time I came through the drive through I gave the young lady quite a lot of attitude. I asked the young lady her name and I believe she said it was Sydney and I must say she has made me want to work on that due to the fact that she was able to show the (fruits of the spirit towards me each time I came)which were kindness,patience, and self control. I must say we need to all be more like Sydney and uplift others and to show the fruits of the spirit!!
