I just waited 40 minutes for my food with one other person in the restaurant. Also I ordered to go and wasn’t in a to go box. After I watched my food sit on the counter for 20/40 minutes I was waiting I finally got it and there was very little chicken and no bacon on my chicken bacon ranch loaded fries. I am very disappointed as I usually have good service☹️☹️☹️

I’m a guy of substance I know food and for me to be in walking distance from zaxbys and never go back that says something. was almost 40$ order I never will go back again everything was wrong with my order I called several times about it got nothing but denial it was late so I couldn’t go back that night all I have to say is…..Great Chicken Prepared right Doesn’t need any type of sauce to enjoy so that clearly tells you they need sauce to cover up there lack of Quality of Product. I refuse to ever go back again I don’t want a refund or free anything I want Customers to know about the way you serve your Product hidden by SAUCE..you should Concentrate on the chicken then you wouldn’t need 22 different kinds!!!!!!!!
