Popped in here for a quick to go order for dinner. The building seemed very clean and orderly. The drive-through was busy but the dining room seems pretty empty. There seem to be plenty of staff available but not much interest in helping customers. It wasn’t bad service just seems like they couldn’t care less if I was there. The food was hot and delicious.

Dined in and my order was ready in minutes. Fun self-serve soda machine where you can customize a drink (such as diet Dr. Pepper with cherry vanilla!). $11.75 for a big house salad with chicken tenders and the drink. Love their ranch salad dressing (be sure to ask for two packets). Everything was clean and tidy, including the rest rooms. Definitely recommend.

Wanted to try the Grilled Chicken House Salad from Zaxby’s in Calera. We decided on drive-thru. No waiting in line and order was taken by friendly staff. Paying for and receiving our food no problems. Great customer service! We enjoyed our Zaxby’s Grilled Chicken House Salad. Plenty of chicken, green leafy lettuce, ripe tomatoes, cheese, toppings and the toasted bread.

The last 2 times we’ve come by, the boneless wings had very little sauce. I’ll be sure to ask for extra next time. Tongue torch hot sauce is the BEST but we had to add a different brand of hotsauce because unfortunately the wings were too dry for our liking.
