52 minute wait for a chicken sandwich and fries…. Sense of urgency is non existent. Dress light, it’s hot as heck. Don’t forget non slip shoes or ice skates, they mopped the floors with left over frying oil.

2:30 in the afternoon and made an online order through app since I had a reward. I ordered two meals and a salad. Went in to pick up and overheard my husband name and said we cant fill the order. The restaurant didnt have salad supplies. Had to substitute something else or get a refund. Got a sanwich instead. Fries were mixed up within our order and barely warm. It took 16 minutes for our food to be ready. I will not go back to this restaurant

Terrible and unfriendly service. I was never greeted or thanked and it felt like I was bothering the employee by asking them to take my order. It took more than 15 minutes to get my order. This is a chicken place so perhaps they should have chicken ready to go sooner? Maybe this place, like many other fast food restaurants should take a note from Chick-fil-a and how they run their business.

Great food. Portion size was very filling. I got their Crispy Chicken Cobb Salad with a Lemonade. The salad was very fresh and the flavors blended well together. I also love their Nibblers. They are like small football shaped chicken sandwiches that are packed with flavor and great to eat.

When you charge for a side of ranch put it in the bag. 3 times no ranch was in the bag. Managers you need to train those empty brains to put the ranch in the bag when it is added and paid for. Do better.

I ordered food for my family using the Zaxbys app, the total came out to about $45 and told me that the food would be ready at 11:30. I arrived before 11:30 and went into my email and confirmed that I had arrived and put in my cars info. Nobody ever came out to my car and I had waited over 15min for my food that was supposed to ready at 11:30. When I went inside the cashier didn’t even know they had curbside and the manager started to tell me that it was my fault nobody brought my food to me because I didn’t call the store. Why should I have to call the store when I already put all my info in through the app? And why is a manager trying to push the blame on me? Well I didn’t want to cause a scene so I just told her to maybe hang a sign or disable the curbside option in the app. Rudely she responded “I’ll talk to them about that” and left. When I got home I found out that my order was missing 2 chicken fingers per meal and was skimpy on the fries that I payed extra for. Overall I will not be returning to this location and I advise you to do the same. Lazy people will do anything just to get out of doing their jobs. SMH.

Messed up large order. Called to let manager know what happened because it was $75.00. He wanted to replace food, but I said no, that is not the reason I called to get free food. He insisted. I said no. He kept insisting so I finally accepted to be nice. He put my name on board and said he would upgrade order to the deluxe. When i went there a week later. Manager was not there. People behind counter had a attitude and I tried to explain he told me he would upgrade to deluxe, but they ignored me and started whispering amongst each other. They all left and went in back where I couldn’t see them. I waited about 5 more minutes. I finally just left and have not been back since. It has been about 5 months. I don’t know what happened but the manager was real nice and apologetic on the phone, but the employees were very rude.
