Skip the dining experience at this location. Ice machine broken, no AC, sticky floors. Only good thing is the background music. Staff was nice and chicken meal came up quick and hot. $0.25 for BBQ or other extra sauces. Really?

I get the #1 snack, 3 peace chicken tenders, Texas toast, and fries. I really love the Flies. And the chicken is awesome. Never greasy. Tastes like real chicken. I Highly recommend this place to go. No pictures today the food was too good no time to take pictures sorry…

Looking for a quick hot meal last night for myself and family and boy oh boy. No freestyle drinks, no hot food and they pulled me around to wait for hot food (which I didn’t get) waited over 30 minutes. Had to knock on the door ask for manager and finally got some leftover food that wasn’t worth a penny. Very upset even if it’s 9:59pm the hours of operation states 10:30 am – 10 pm….I should still have full service until then. Not ok! All employees and manager didn’t care about good service or good food they just wanted to leave…I paid for good food and didn’t get it can’t recommend this place.

Went into Zaxby’s Thursday night around 730ish food was hot fries were good. Bit into a chicken tender and a long piece of hair was on it took my whole order back got a refund spoke to the manager all she could say is sorry, sorry. I was very disappointed in zaxby. It’s not the first time I’ve had problems. Never going back again.

I hadn’t been to this Zaxbys location in over a year and I will not likely be back anytime soon. Poor or no management! The dining room was filthy! No tea. No napkins. No clean tables. But…..plenty of employees standing around.

Had a long day so I picked up dinner by drive thru, drove all the way home to discover an entire $13 meal was forgotten. Drove all the way back to get the item and asked for a $8 item to be comped for my troubles (Figured it can be lunch tomorrow). Manager refused. Wasted an hour of my day plus gas for mid quality food and poor customer service so I asked for a refund for the missing item and went elsewhere. I won’t be back to the Corner lakes location. From a family 5 who went their regurarly its a decent loss of business..

Went for a late night zaxbys run, the chicken tenders taste and smell like bad/old oil, didn’t give me sauce, and messed up my order of fried pickles for cheese curds, no seasoning on the fries, and found black chunks on the fries. 2/10 zaxbys do better.
