When I got to the window they refused to give me my order because I didn’t have enough people in the car to fulfill the order!!! Never again this place hires the most RUDE employees!! My family and I enjoyed our full price Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches much better anyway and it’s always a pleasure

Every time I order fries EXTRA CRISPY WELL DONE- And every time– they disappoint!! Also have to ask for extra seasoning on side, because they hardly put ANY seasoning on at all! This is what makes their fries different from other places.

Great chicken. Ok prices. Decent coleslaw. I loove the toast. Only complaint is I eat the fries with a fork and butter. They are not fries. They are cut up mashed potatoes. I beg them to over cook the fries. They couldn’t make them crispy to save the company.

The person who took our order was completely incoherent in her duties in taking my order. I dont know if the speaker is messed up or what but it took 10 frustratingly long minutes to simply place an order. We orderd 3, 3 count nibbler meals, a signature sandwich with sauce in the side as well as the added promotional material posted which consisted of adding 2 nibblers to any order for 4 dollars. Pretty simple. We then got to the window checkered the receipt and saw that the nibbler meals were correct however the drinks were wrong and instead of my promotional order of 2 nibblers i got charged for a whole sandwich meal. I highly suggest managerment look into the condition of the drive through speaker as well as if you a customer save yourself some time and trouble and speak loudly

I live GA and our Zaxbys does not compare to your FL store that my husband ate at, I didnt eat. Every garbage can in your restaurant was overflowing onto floors. Even in the bathrooms. The restaurant was empty. Plenty people standing around registers talking. Not friendly, no greetings when we approached register. I live on Zaxbys at home. The restaurant food is awesome where we live. Just need workers who care. Need to clean a little better dining room tables and floor. However this will not stop me from eating at your other stores. Zaxby’s rocks.

I was in this restaurant on March 2, 2023 around 4:00 pm. I stood at the cash register at least five minutes, and no one never came to take my order. There were two young ladies, a hispanic and an African American girl standing around talking and I know they saw me I’m not invisible, but that’s the way I was treated. I’ve had poor customer service at this place before with orders but this took the cake. Whoever is training these employees is not doing a good job. I will never return to this Zaxby’s again. I was told by some friends not to go here , because this place is NOT what it used to be.
