This is my first time eating at Zaxby’s so I ordered their Signature Club and this is what I got. One measily piece of bacon, 2 slices of pickle, cheese and chicken not even on the bun, more sauce on the container than the sandwich. Really???

Zaxby’s has definitely gone downhill. You get 5 pieces of fry that’s soggy. They use to be fresh and crispy. They once served me a sandwich with one piece of bread. Pay extra for a sauce cup that’s over half empty. Highly disappointed

Do one thing and do it well. Zaxby’s chicken plates are always good the staff is friendly and helpful and if there’s a line they move through it quickly. Dining room is quiet and relaxed with plenty of space in between the tables. A nice break from the work day

The past 2 times I’ve tried to go through the drive-thru, I have sat there for 15 mins without moving. This time in particular there was only one car ahead of me at the microphone and they never took his order either. I finally just pulled out and went somewhere else. The people working just seemed to not care.
