I ordered 8 separate meals for residents at a local Assisted Living facility and our cashier was Stephanie. She was so efficient, friendly and helpful. She even helped take my order to my vehicle without being asked. Thank you so much Stephanie and to everyone that helped make my residents smile!!

Service was 10 stars! My family of 7 (5 young kids!) stopped in on our way down to Florida from North Ga and we were treated with amazing service! The manger with blonde hair (I missed her name) but she was SO KIND to our family. Thank y’all! Food was great too!

Overall I was disappointed with Zaxby’s. It was a long wait, food was lukewarm when I got it, sandwich tasted like it was sitting for a long time, fries were not crisp. We also got the cheddar bits… meh.

I ordered a Big Zax Snack with crispy fries and crispy chicken at the drive thru. Not only were they not crispy they were soggy, greasy and old. I’d expect better service and food! $10 on a meal I couldn’t eat and I had to go all day at work with nothing to eat

Went to pick it up after ordering online. ( I arrived within 7 minutes of ordering it. And no they were not that busy. No ice in the drinks. If they would have told me that they DNT put ice in the drinks. I would have just preferred for them to give me an empty cup and I could have filled it up when I got there.

Chicken was actually perfect, but no sauce in bag, no fork in bag, diet coke wasn’t swapped out and tasted bad. Just a ruined meal by this Zaxbys location. Over charged also as icing on my sauce less cake.
