Just left here and now I remember why I never go to this location. You could tell there was tension between team members and it def showed in their service because they were very rude. I also paid $8 for the bacon ranch fries only to get home and find that I received fries with just a little cheese, no bacon or ranch. I also had to ask for straws and when I did the girl “Nasahra” smacked her lips and asked one of the SEVERAL employees next to her to give her straws. No “Thank you. Have a nice day.” Surprised this one is still open.

Service is OK. Never above average and sometimes not the best. The chicken here is bangin fr fr and the fries are as well ✨️When they bother to season them✨️ and don’t over cook them. They often don’t get it hooked up quite right. It’s a shame too cuz the fries perfectly compliment the flavor of their tenders and signature sauce. They took the Caesar salad AND the Cajun chicken sandwich off the menu too and that’s just criminal!

The wait was a little long than usually. The customer was complaining about waiting near 45 minutes for his order. I waited 30 minutes but other than that. My children enjoyed their food. Seems like the staff was more interested in getting drive thru orders out.

For the past couple of weeks, I’ve been using Door Dash because I’m working. The workers here obviously can’t read. They always put the wrong sauce on the food trays or in my Kiddie finger bag….. then they often forget to add the treat. It’s not DD’s fault. This is all on Zaxby’s. Get it together or stop using delivery service if you’re not going to pack what a paying customer is ordering! Assistant Mgr was no help at all because as he stated!
