Service at this location is always good, the chicken is always hot, the fries are the problem. I eat here about once a week and the fries will either be almost done or room temperature, and usually both. It’s a red letter day for the fries to be hot and done. The crowd and line at prime lunch can be an issue if you’re in a hurry.

First time eating here. The salad was absolutely delicious despite having a few wilted leafs and being a little warm temperature wise. I don’t drink soda so opted for water. The ice machine and water machine was really gross and dirty. We were there right as we opened. Chicken was fresh and tasted great.

Came to this one thinking it wouldn’t be as bad as the one on St Augustine Rd. It was a little better but not much. At least the garbage was not overflowing. Tea all over the beverage station. Bathroom floor slick and dangerous. Tables unclean. Had to go to multiple tables to find one not sticky with food etc on both the table and the chair seats. Floors are downright nasty. Unbelievable that these locations are soooo unclean. Very disappointed. Never again.
