The only reason why I’m giving a 2 star is because I do really like Zaxby’s salads- BUT I do not like waiting nearly 15-20 minutes at 2pm on a Monday via drive through for a grilled chicken salad. I ended up having to park and go inside- where the cashier was nowhere to be found. She claimed she went to bring my salad out but I was parked where she could see me if she did- because I have a 30 minute lunch and was watching so I could get back to work.

Wait time is ridiculous especially when it’s a good amount of workers working. After taking your money ,they will ask you to pull up and a lot of times it’s more than one or two cars already pulled up/over. You could wait any where from 30 minutes to an hour. It’s best to check your order before leaving that will cost you a return trip if you mistakenly get someone else’s order. Although everything has went up , prices have gone sky high but they have cut the amount of food you get in the wings and things now. Less fries and down to four wings/ three chicken strips. If it’s somewhere else open it would save you time to go somewhere else. We spent almost $30 and sat for 45 minutes to have a mistake with the order came back and waited 20 more minutes.

Went inside waited 20 minutes they were not busy Got a wings & things and chicken finger meal both meals did not have toast and the boneless wings were tiny and barley had any sauce on them.hopefully next time will be better..

Waited almost 10 mins in drive thru before I was ever acknowledged, ordered 2 grilled chicken salads, one Cobb and one the Asian, and received fried chicken and house salads…I had to pull up to wait..I waited 45 mins from the time I pulled up to the order taker until I received my wrong food. Honestly zaxbys has not been fast or accurate in a while…would love to give 5 stars but I gave 5 different chances and would give 0 stars now if I could
