Good chicken tenders. Served with Texas toast, coleslaw or double fries in place of the slaw. Fried pickles are okay, they are battered with a corn meal batter , at least that is what it seems like to me.

It sad that I’m putting a 3 start review. I’ve ordered from here so much and never had food look this bad. The last time ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded fries they looked amazing and was delicious. These just look sad and I’m kinda disappointed. Oh well I guess.

Service was extremely slow in the drive thru. Not sure what goes on here but this wasn’t the first time I’ve come here and watched several cars leave the line out of frustration. I did wait and got my food. It was fine but, that long wait sitting at the drive thru speaker is insane.

The young lady tht took my order, I notice her nose was running and she notice it also. So guess what she does ….. yep wipe her nose with her hand in front of me and and thought it was cool!! Country lady u got me all messed up! Excuse me! I need to see the manager please! This B!@#$, has to go. Once the manager came, they switch out cashier and I was cool with tht then I pulled a ” KAREN” move! ” I NEED MY FOOD FREE”. She look crazy for a second but she thought about it and said ok!! I received my food and I be damn if tht was wrong . The 2nd time they got it right yes!! I’m hungry, now I need to find a seat…… all the tables are dirty, the manager see me cleaning the table off and send an associate out there to proceed to clean, hell it’s to late now! I clean it. I like zaxby’s just not from this location. Please don’t go! Please don’t!@

22.00 plus dollars for my order asked for large fries. They gave me regular order size fries in the box. Had to go back for the extra sauces they forgot. Cook argued with me over the line about it and never gave it to me. First time around they said they are not doing drive through orders. Then I placed online order only to see them taking drive through orders after all.

I ordered the Cobb grilled chicken salad about 3 weeks ago. The chicken was cut so fine. I needed a magnifying glass to find it in the salad. They should of been ashamed of themselves to send this out to a customer. I am not looking to get the whole chicken. The quantity of the meat was despicable. Never to return.
