Store shut itself down because they were too busy doing online orders! Had to wait 1/2 to get waited on and another 1/2 for food! Nobody knew what they were doing! Xame from my granddaughter’s softball and was hungry! Next time I’ll drive to Battlefield! I’d give it 0 stars if I could!! Now they send me a link to a survey that needs the number on the receipt that they expect you to still have after a week from your original review!! What a joke!! A refund would be better than fake lip service!!

Waited for 15 minutes to order. When we where 2nd in line the cashier announced that they where too busy and would not be taking orders for a while. Waited 20 minutes before they started taking orders again. After ordering, we Waited 30 minutes for our order. Was handed a large bag and told that was it. After the 15 minute drive home found we did not recieved two of the meals. Called the store and they said that we had forgotten to take them. Drove back and picked them up. Drove home and did not ear the cold frys and chicken. Not the first time this location has messes up our meal but will be the last. Thanks

My grandson had been begging to have Zaxby’s for days, I gave in and took him. The place was pretty slow, we parked and attempted to go in. The door was locked but we could see someone eating inside. We checked the door on the other side of the building, also locked. So we returned to my truck, grandson is now disappointed and very sad. So before I pull off, I called the restaurant. A young lady answered, sounded chipper and happy, I asked “is your dining room open?” She replied yes so I asked “can you tell me why the doors are locked then?” We walked back to the restaurant and are within feet of the door and we hear the click of the door being unlocked.

Went thru drive thru and it was so slow. Cashier would take 1 or 2 orders at a time. It was not the girl fault. They need to have a system plan out when they know they are going to be slam. I came close leaving. This was friday after 5 .

Nothing like being asked to wait and then closing down the lights while sitting there. They’re supposed to close at 11pm this was at 9:35pm. Nobody was at the window waiting. The bs story I was given didn’t match the actual circumstances. Poor customer service.

I went by at 2:29 pm this afternoon and ordered a grilled regular salad, and a “New Southwest Zalad” (photo of receipt included). I even left the balance from a 20 dollar bill as a small tip. When I first arrived at the drive through the person on the other end said “What’ll you have” very impolitely. When I got home with the salads and opened the bag, both of the styrofoam containers were smeared with food residue, like whoever packed them didn’t even wipe their hands. Upon opening them up, I found the bread was bent and cold as ice. A small bite told me it was probably laying around for a long time before being put into container. Both salads looked like somebody just opened the container and threw stuff in. There were NO SW strips on the SW salad, and no corn. Whoever put these salads together DID NOT CARE. I called and asked for the manager and a lady named Samantha told me she was the manager. I told her what had happened with the salads and she just said “can I send you some coupons in the mail”. No “I’m sorry” or “can I redo your salad” I again reiterated why I was upset, and she didn’t really seem to care beyond wanting to get me off the phone. I intend to let the store owner know…or store manager. I understand restaurants are slammed and short handed now, but you still need to take your time and at least make good food for the people who choose to eat there. If other people can’t wait in line to get their food, let them leave. I waited, but got two salads I threw away, and wasted 20 bucks. Don’t go to this place is my advice.
