This zaxbys is so annoying. Terrible customer service and terrible at making orders correctly. And I have given them MANY chances to make this right. Every time I order from here I get items that are supposed to have sauce on them, but never get any sauce and if there is it’s a slight drizzle from the next room basically. Every time I have called to complain they say all they can do is for me to bring back the food for new food. Because I definitely want to drive all the way back just for them to make something right. Even when I order sauce on the side to make up for their laziness, they forget to put it in the bag too. They need to either figure out how to make food properly or offer better customer service. I have picture proof of this happening multiple times.

Zaxby’s has pretty good chicken. Sometimes the weight can be a bit long if you’re trying to go to the drive-thru, but for the most part it’s pretty good. The salads are as well. I don’t always go here, but anytime I ever want a good salad I really don’t mind driving the distance to get one because the salad’s here are more full in my opinion. So I hope you guys enjoy your meal.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They made us wait 10mins for a grilled chicken sandwich THEN did NOT put the chicken on the sandwich. When we went back up there they asked” you just want the patty?” When we told them we wanted them to remake the food they slopped it together the fried were old and soggy same as the first one they gave us. This has happened MORE THAN ONCE! We have been giving it chance after chance and COMPLETELY UNHAPPY. A grand total of 20mins for one sandwich total not worth it.

If you want to be charged $14.11 for 5 wings with very little meat(a lot less than regular wings), 3 chicken fingers that average 2 inches in length, and drinks that are mostly ice, then by all means go to this Zaxbys. This was the wings and things with a large sweet tea.

Mind you, I removed the bread, so this is the Blue Zalad. It barely has blue cheese and is completely missing the tomatoes. Also, hardly any lettuce. I’ve had these salads many times and this was a real let down

You’d think charging 25¢ per sauce would remind them to be sure they’ve given you all of your sauces. Any time I ask for extra sauce or seasoning it gets forgotten even though I am always extremely rushed from the drive thru employees telling me they are sure everything is in the bag. Fries are always bland and unseasoned here. Make the drive to a different one if you’re able.
