If I could give them a 0 I would. I ordered buffalo finger plate and was given plain chicken. The order didn’t include any dressings or utensils. The cashier seemed rushed and it shows they don’t care about proving the correct order.

This location just lets me down every single time- so I guess shame on me for continuing to try and give them the benefit of the doubt. I was in the bathroom with my kids and someone knocks on the door- come out and it is someone who works here. I held the door open for her- not a single thank you with a look on her face like us being in the restroom was annoying.

Made to wait in the drive through for “fresh” fried pickles. Opened the box after drive home to find over fried and very old pickles with about half the serving size. Upon starting the rest of our meal found that most of the food was the same way, over cooked and old af. It’ll be quite a while before we go back, if ever. As expensive as food is now Zaxby’s better understand this sorry excuse for a meal is absolutely unacceptable.

A very hectic afternoon led our family to this Zaxby’s location in hopes of making up for lost time by not having to prepare dinner for everyone. Welllll… kinda deflated because my husband’s Asian salad looked like he picked it up from a Quickie Mart cooler and lacked the appeal your marketing department promised. Meat and lettuce were the only ingredients and the egg roll magically disappeared. My husband was so disappointed that he didn’t even want the salad. If this location was out of certain ingredients, it is understandable. However, if the location was out of something, communication from an employee to my husband could have prevented this situation entirely. Had he been informed of an omission (had this been the case) he could have chosen something else. Now, we can’t trust your location to prepare our order correctly. This is so very out of the norm for Zaxby’s and really makes me miss Guthrie’s.

Always good food and good service. We never get sauces though. But, can y’all please turn your outside lights off when you’re closed. Sat at the speaker for a few minutes waiting as workers walked to their cars, not even acknowledging I was waiting and didn’t know you were closed. I got there at 9:15. One of them could have mentioned y’all close earlier than most Zaxby’s.
