Consistently understaffed and closing the dining area. Long wait time, food quality not as good as it used to be, and mistakes filling my order. We do love the fries & ranch, but tried the BBQ sauce for the first time today. It was awful, tasted like ketchup with red pepper – no hint of sweet or smoky.

Service is the absolute worst consistently. Be prepared to wait at least 20-30 minutes in the drive thru…. LITERALLY – even outside of lunch and dinner hours. It’s almost like they have to go find the chicken to slaughter, before they are able to take your order and prepare your food. I can’t imagine what is going on in the kitchen that could give a logical explanation on why service at a fast food restaurant takes longer than going somewhere to sit down! Check your order!!! You would think after waiting half an hour for your food you wouldn’t need to verify that your order is correct. Smh

I don’t know what happened here in the last few months but this place has went down hill quick. If there’s new staff or management, they are doing a terrible job. Went through the drive thru, had to repeat my order of a Zax snack dipped in tongue torch, signature sandwich meal no zax sauce and a sweet tea, 3 different times. Was told to hold… waited several minutes, had to repeat order two more times and was told just to drive around, no total. Get to window have to repeat my order again. The girl at the window is extremely rude, tells me the sweet tea is brewing so I’m just going have to get something else if i want a drink. Get food, order is wrong, tell the girl at the window, she takes the plate and slammed the window so hard it bounced open. She comes back and ask what’s wrong with it. Tenders were supposed to be dipped. Tells me she’ll just give me a sauce and I can do it myself. I say I’d rather just have it the way I ordered it. She yells at some poor girl to get it fixed, but tells her the wrong sauce so when I correct her she just slams window again. Comes back again and tells me she gave me the cheddar bites that the car behind me order and she wants it back cause she needs to give it to them…. They tell me to pull forward, which I do, wait several minutes for my corrected order. Get home, so frustrated with the situation. Call for the manager, told to write DayShaun on the ticket and come back to get a replacement meal. A week later my husband goes up there to get the replacement meals. They mess up both meals again, he’s there for 30 minutes trying to order two, to go meals. The fried pickles he got were so burnt we couldn’t even eat them. It will be a long, long time before we ever go back, if ever.

The food is good, the service inside is always pleasant, but I highly advise you not to even try to get them to bring out curbside orders. Thrice now either I or my partner have ordered curbside, and they don’t come out to us. They will apologize real nicely inside and blame the system, but it’s happened enough now that it’s questionable and a flaw in this location only and none other anywhere. Huh.

Drive through experience! 1:45 PM 3/17/2023 I had the worse experience as a customer at this location. I’m not sure if the weather is making people cranky but I would never disrespect a customer the way I was disrespected today. All because I ordered a mustard sauce they did not add. I didn’t feel as if I should pay $.25 with my debit card for a Zack sauce when it was their mistake. When I asked him about it he said “either way you want it or not?” I again told him I shouldn’t have to swipe my card for $.25 since it was not my fault; then he said “I’m not going to argue with you” in a disrespectful and condescending tone. When I initially asked for a manager he refused to get him. When I asked once again and mentioned that I will call corporate he threw my bag on the counter that was already paid for and went to go get the manager. They made gestures as if I was being difficult guiding him to the window to address my issue. It was addressed amicably as it should have been all along, but His customer service and his behavior I don’t know if it was the weather or not is unacceptable. Training Is needed when working with people. If you don’t work well with people you probably don’t need to be in customer service.

Staff is incapable and clearly doesn’t care about their jobs or the services provided. Don’t recommend as even a backup to the location on Epps Bridge. We placed an order 2 weeks in advance for a graduation party and paid in advance. We arrived about 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time since the order was a little large (80 tenders). Upon arrival, order wasn’t ready and the manager couldn’t offer up any answer other than a pathetic “I don’t know” when we inquired about the order. She then tried to put the blame on one of her subordinates instead of taking accountability and handling the error. It’s now more than 30 minutes past our pickup time and we’re still waiting… Super disappointing!

wooo sorry for the people who work hard every day in this business I am a client that every weekend I take my family to eat there believe me I understand the extremes of work but this day 03/26/2023 a lady named stacy we did not She wanted to attend just because we spoke Spanish, she turned around and said I don’t understand them and left me standing in front of the checkout counter and another person attended us. I felt discriminated against, I pray for her so that her way of treating people changes, I’m sorry but I will not go to this restaurant again and I ask the Hispanic community not to shut up and make ourselves respected for being good customers
