Should have spent better money on their ac and training their staff than they did on their revamped interior. Beyond slow service. So hot we were sweating. I went to take a bite and a fly almost flew into my mouth. Took our favorites off the menu too. And the floor was like walking on ice. I didn’t even lift my feet I was slipping and sliding so much. I had tennis shoes on too. I wouldn’t be surprised if I hear a news story soon from someone falling and suing from how slick those floors were. At least put out wet floor signs out. Or don’t mop during lunch time rush.

Absolutely disgusted by your general manager Isabella. Completely unprofessional and unapologetic. I had lunch with my grandparents today & the remix machine malfunctioned. My grandma wore a new shirt she had never worn before ruined (she wasn’t the only guest this happened to) your incompetent general manager was rude and refused a refund for my grandparents food and failed to put an out of order sign on the remix machine causing this to happen to other patrons. Will never eat at this zaxbys again. Terrible service and the food is less than average. Get Rocky Lingerfelt back in there as your GM pay him double to clean up the mess you have over here.

I Order the zensation zalad with extra chicken Definitely did not expect this its probably the worst salad I’ve ever gotten from zaxby’s and I didn’t get the extra chicken I payed for and the eggroll is burnt payed almost $13 I will definitely not be buying this again so disappointed

Every time I go to zaxbys this zaxbys specifically they always mess things up, and the employees straight up rude. I’ve never seen any other zaxbys act like this and the food is always mediocre. I think they need a big change rather than remodeling the building get the workers to understand that it isn’t hard to be nice and to check the food before it is sent out. Shouldn’t have to stop and check my meal every time I go through the drive thru.

Don’t bother having any customizations to your order. Or a large order at that. None of my families sauces were included with their meals. Even the standard Zach sauce and ranch that is supposed to normally be included. I’m always disappointed.. must be a company wide thing at this point because all of the locations I frequent are always failures.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich no ranch and Mayo on the side. Sandwich was slathered with ranch. Inside the bag and on the container the sandwich came in. The girl taking orders was rude and had no personality. It’s not hard to be nice and just not out ranch and a ton of ranch on a sandwich

I had completely given up on this location because EVERY time I have ever been here they mess something up with my order. Decided to give it another shot today hoping the remodel would make things better, but nope still completely messed up my order. I love Zaxby’s and never have issues at other locations. You can expect the same quality of food here at least, but only after you check your order see it is wrong and wait 15 more minutes for it to be remade. Stay away from this location despite the remodel.

Great Zaxby’s. Food was fresh and staff were friendly. They took care of our order for nine people efficiently. They weren’t too busy on a Saturday afternoon at 1:30. Always love the Coke Remix machine too!

Plenty of people working but service was incredibly slow. Lots of people standing around for 15+ minutes for their food. At one point, two employees (the two who had been taking orders) decided to take their break at the same time and get on their phones and completely ignore the huge line waiting for their food. Very frustrating.
