At drive through make sure your order is correct before you leave the window, if you leave the window to allow them to serve the next guest they will refuse to fix your order even after you have waited through the drive through line again. The only way they will fix their error is if you come inside. This is completely disrespectful of their customers who choose drive through, people choose drive through because they have a reason they do not want to or cannot enter the building. The management claims this is to reduce the stores recorded times for drive through, but a better option is decent customer service. Mistakes happen sometimes and that’s ok but at a minimum they should fix those mistakes without forcing customers to park and come inside. If mistakes happen so often that fixing those mistakes in the drive through is messing up the time reports sent to corporate they need to focus on accuracy in the first place. This location clearly values fixed numbers sent to headquarters over their customers.

Ordered my food and there was a rush. Waited 30 minutes tried to see if it was close to being ready the staff was rude and told me there were a lot more people in front of me. Other customers walked in and ordered their food waited 5 minutes and had their orders. After an hour of waiting my self an another customer asked again if our food was close to being ready to which we were told no and the only thing they could do for us is call our names once it was ready. Customer service was horrible. The cashier acted like it was an inconvenience for her to check and see how much longer I would be waiting.

They literally trap you in the drive in! This was absurd! Then you see an old hand written sign saying the systems are down. Finally you get to the speaker and they tell you the systems have been down for days!!! The prices are way more than they are online, or any other Zaxby’s. The only redeeming factor is that the food is on par with other metropolitan Zaxby’s, which my daughter loves. I would give zero stars if I could. It took an hour for what should have been 5 min. They can cook fresh chicken and get you through the line in 10 min at the Oconee store. I could have driven there and back home in less time. DO NOT GET TRICKED INTO GOING HERE!!! THEY ARE ONLY OPEN BECAUSE THEY TRAP TRAFFIC FROM 85. People from Commerce tell me the locals will not go here, and now I understand why!

The service was great, the staff was welcoming and friendly. It’s just the quality and consistency of Zaxby’s is horrible. Well the consistency has improved, but in the wrong way because the wings are consistently getting smaller and meatless. It seems like they just stand around waiting for the egg to hatch and once it does it’s the perfect size for Zaxby’s wings. It’s not just here, it’s all Zaxby’s. I just can’t bring myself to pay $17 for wings that are barely bigger than a tootsie roll anymore. I’m done with Zaxby’s.

I tried to place two separate orders through the drive-through and this was the first I encountered, my boyfriend and I both working at multiple locations, that refused to do that – that’s fine so we come inside. The inside smells like vomit and is so unwelcoming and when I ask about the drive through an older man made an extremely rude remark saying “Well have you been to every Zaxbys in the United States?” Worst experience I’ve had at a zaxbys truly

I love zaxbys, but when I go through the drive through and they are missing stuff from my order and they are slow cause the boy at the window doesn’t wanna work that’s a waste of my time. And then they close the the window and ignore us when they still didn’t give us everything and we knock and the lady taking orders gets a attitude and slings her finger in the air telling us to give us a min as everyone else behind her are just standing around with their hands in their pockets. Get some better employees because if that happened to me inside I would have showed my Burt and asked for a manager! This is now how customers are suppose to be treated!

Created an online order through the mobile app. Order was supposed to be ready at 7:10. I was running a little late and arrived at 7:30. Order was not ready. Had to wait another 15 mins to get food. Paid extra to get more spicy Zax sauce and was given sweet and sour sauce instead. Overall very bad experience and poor customer service.
