I eat here often. The food is good. Today I was not to happy with what happened. The reps at the ordering area and at the window were good. I order an additional Zax sauce as one already comes with the order and I was charged for the second sauce. I was not mad but I felt like I had to call and tell to make sure to puts the sauces in the orders as I should have gotten two and only got one. I called this evening and got a girl on the phone. I asked if I could speak to a manager and her response was, “how can I help you?”. I then asked her if she was the manager and she repeated, “How can I help you?”. She never identified herself or let me know who she was. I asked again to speak with the manager and she repeated herself again…. At this point her rudeness got me mad. I said, “Wow, not only do you guys forget to our sauces in the Bach you’re extremely rude!” She then asked how she was rude and I told her that she is not identifying her self as the manager. The. She states that she just got in and is the manager. I advised her of how rude she was and asked for her first name and she refused. Asked me what I needed it for. Then I asked for her managers name and she gave me Jacob. Then I asked her if she was the manager why couldn’t she supply her name and she reduced to again. I asked that she give me her bosses email and she said she did not know it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I told her that she sucked as a manager. I really hope Jacob sees this (if that even is her bosses name) and responds or something. Again, I wasn’t even mad… but her rudeness got to me. She is horrible as a manager.

Girl with glasses at the drive thru is extremely rude. Every time I go there, unfortunately, it’s always her at the window. No simple pleasantries and very condescending.she always has this aura of wanting to rush you, especially when you ask for condiments. Hire people who actually nice people and have good people skills..

I have been going to this Zaxbys very frequently for a long time and always enjoy the food. Food is always hot and fresh and my orders are always made in a timely matter and never have to wait long. Always receive excellent and friendly service from the entire staff and the manager Jacobo and the asst manager Yarely are always very friendly and polite and treat me very well. Not only do I pick up food from this location all the time with Uber Eats but my family and I also get to go orders from this place as well I can tell you in all the experiences I deal with merchants daily this place is by far the most organized clean and friendly place that I’ve ever visited! Guy at register, Juan J., had his AirPods on his ear and could not hear us. He took it off to hear, then put it back. I don’t understand how wearing AirPods is allowed, especially at the window when you have to communicate with the Customer. I guess he was so pre-occupied with whatever he was listening, he could not get my drink order correct. I had to ask to remake because it was wrong. Also, I noticed he continued to mess with his long hair pushing it back with hand and then Handling food. Per servsafe, employee must wash hands after touching hair. Of course he was not doing that. When I open the bag to get the food out, one of his hair was in it. Nasty. Management has much needed training to be done at this location.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I found a bug in my salad after eating a good bit of it. I was told to bring it back, and after handling the salad and the car ride, the bug wasn’t easily found. They did not believe me about the bug and had me spend 10 minutes trying to find it. After finding the bug, they argued about a full refund of that salad and another that after the bug was found we did not feel comfortable eating. I am not one to get frustrated with service workers, however this situation was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I am absolutely disgusted with this store and their management.
