I’ve been going to this location for years but the last few months it the quality of food is ridiculous. I normally take pictures but we were starving. I upgraded to a large meal. To see if the amount of fries would change, they are maybe giving you 15 French fries. You normally give you a nice amount of fries. You’re paying $49 for 3 5 piece tender meals and cheese curds you expect to get a good amount of fries. The cheese curds they did the same thing. The customer service was nice in the drive through.

Ordered a Cobb salad with grilled chicken, egg, and cheese only..I requested to specifically HOLD the bacon!! I asked the assistant manager Stephanie to assure she had my order correct, however she assured me that she never makes mistakes when taking orders SMH. Of course when I arrive home there is a mountain of bacon on my salad. I called back to speak to Stephanie and she was unapologetic, rude and unprofessional. The Bullsboro location is much better!.

They always get something wrong with the order. I always order wings and things, white cheddar bites, and the chicken finger plate. This time, they got everything right, but when I asked for no ice in either drink, both drinks were loaded with ice to the top of the cup. There was more ice per volume than soda. The soda tasted like water. When I tried to get the attention of the individuals at the window, all four of them, including a manager that was with them, ignored my pleas. One of them looked directly at me, and then proceeded to close the window and walk away. I hate sounding like a total Karen, but that just rustles my jimmies. To top it off, there was a hole in the bottom of the cups that I only noticed when I got home, and I’m now cleaning my cupholders from soda spilling everywhere.

This is the second time I’ve came to this location and had an issue the first time I paid for extra sauces and got charged for those sauces and did not receive them this time. I got a traditional wings and things which is supposed to come with five wings and three chicken strips I got four wings and one chicken strip. I got extra sauces this time and still did not receive the sauces that I was charged for. My fries are overly soggy and drenched in something like they came from the loaded fries. By the time I would drive back up there, it would be me spin more in gas than food when I pay for something, I expect to get what I pay for not be shorted food or be charged for something that I don’t receive.

Very nice staff. Usually very clean. Food is good and hot normally. These are great things however every time I order through the app my sauces are never added. Today is the third time in a row that the sauces were forgotten. The instructions for extra Seasoning (the app always asks how much you want) was also ignored.

I just made a trip through the drive-thru and the girl who took my order was very nice however the gentleman at the window seemed to not be paying attention to anything but what was going on in his head. He was somewhat polite but I could tell that he must have been either new or not used to running drive-thru. Not to mention I ended up waiting about 10 minutes for my food and when I got home which is only a 10 minute drive my food was cold so I don’t know what I was waiting for because the food wasn’t hot when I got it. This is my first non-pleasant experience at this particular location. It might have just been somebody having a bad day which we all have those.

This is the best Zaxby’s in Coweta Co. I eat here at least 2-3 times a weeks and the fries are always fresh as well as the tenders. I love love love this location. I order the same thing every time I go and it is always good.
