Just for the simple fact that they have the freestyle machine for the Coca-Cola products and I love to get the vanilla cream soda that right there gives it a 10 out of 10. For me. Usually have no problem with this location, but my husband went inside to order some food and waited half an hour for them to mess up the order 3 times…they kept putting the order in as dine in, and instead of simply putting the food in to go boxes, they made him wait to redo the order all 3 times. I still never received my extra fries or extra pickles. The fries I did get (the one that came with the meal) didn’t even have any seasoning on them and were cold. Three couples came in after them and got their food almost immediately. Why was it so difficult to just…put the correct order in boxes in the first place?

After waiting for nearly 30 minutes and being told that our order was made for dine-in not once, not twice but three times after ordering to-go, they did not give us the extra side of fries that we ordered and the sandwich did not have extra pickles. It’s not hard to read, and if they cannot maybe they should not work there.

I Ordered nibblers & the bread was toasted a little to hard, & my son’s boneless wings looked more like chicken finger scraps, & were not coasted the same as the boneless wings I remember, but like a chicken finger & they were supposed to be the sweet and spicy sauce, but were hardly coated, Some were bare/ completely dry in spots.

I dont know why but I love the fries here now. Not as good as their onion rings they use to have. But still good. Their chicken strips hit the spot every time. The Zalads are the bomb. Oh and all the sauces, these can change up any dish to something new. Order the 6 piece plate and try each sauce individually and it’s like a different meal each time. Definitely gotta stop by for some of this.

Wanted to order the Asian salad . First all they were out if spring rolls and the cole slaw for it but if ordered we would have to pay the full price. Ugh why oder a salad without everything on and pay full price so we left.

I don’t know if somebody was just having a bad day and was trying to pass it along or what, but we got 1 single Zax sauce for 3 meals. The Kickin’ Chicken (which is supposed to come with ranch and buffalo on it) had nothing on it, just a piece of dry chicken between two dry pieces of bread. The bread for the Nibbler Meal was hard and they also only had literal drops of sauce on them. There were uncooked fries mixed in with fully cooked fries. A couple of small mistakes is fine, but being given uncooked food is really not okay. The only thing that was satisfactory was the drinks.

I visit this location very often & the food is always incredible. It’s fresh, hot, & delicious. However, I can’t give 5 stars because if there’s more than 3 cars in the drive thru, you’re going to wait 15 minutes or more, which is absolutely ridiculous.
