Opted to go inside and order since the drive thru line was so long. Ordering was a breeze as I was the only one in line. I was missing my Ranch dressing so I stayed at the counter to ask for it and the lady who took my order had the nerve to look through my bag as if I was lying. The food was nothing to be desired. This is by far the most pitiful looking salad I’ve ever gotten from any Zaxby’s. I had to take out most of the cucumbers and the bread looked and tasted like regular bread. It was actually nasty. The fries seemed hot and fresh for about 5 minutes. I actually expected better.

I recently tried to place an online order and had issues. When I arrived at the store, a red headed woman, I believe her name was Autumn explained the issues Zaxbys was having with online orders. I live in Texas, but I was in Fayetteville visiting. They don’t have Zaxby’s in Texas. No chicken restaurant here is even half as good as Zaxby’s! I love everything they have, especially their chicken strip platters, wings, and their signature salads. My favorite is the blackened grilled chicken salad.

Teresa at the front register was PHENOMENAL ! She answered all my questions with a smile & accommodated me to the best of her ability . More people should have her attitude i’ll be sure to re visit this location because of her service . She put a smile on my face after a not so great day and I really appreciated it .

The salad wasn’t that great and it was my first time trying it. Fried mushrooms were delicious. The mozzarella balls not so good, taste fake. Customer service was amazing. However, the young lady was servicing drive thru and front counter. She was very nice and patient with us. Exceptional customer service!

DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AT THIS LOCATION! Employees are taking people card information and using apps like Door dash and go puff. I know because I went on Monday and immediately after I got a notification that 120 dollars was spent on GO PUFF and Doordash. I don’t even have a go puff or Doordash account. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!

It’s hit or miss for me, there food has never been great, the service is average and alot of times because I have allergies they look at me like I’m crazy when I ask them if they can just simply change their gloves so for that reason I don’t go there often.

So when me and my family walked in we ordered. I got the number 3 and I got the wings as the flavor buffalo . My mom got the number 3 as well but got hot honey . My brother got 10 pc boneless bbq . When our order came my mom looked at her food and they didn’t toss her wings correctly it was barley covered and she had to get more sauce. When I got mines they gave me barbecue instead of buffalo . The fries were okay but only lasted 5 minutes of being fresh and hot . Nothing was wrong with my brothers order. The food was okay but wouldn’t recommend going here at all .
