Manager today was very rude. I was told to come inside to use 2 coupons on 2 separate orders ok fine not a problem. The problem comes in when I go inside and proceed to be talked to rudely from the manager on duty and the white lady cook who was working being loud and very rude from the kitchen. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

Stopped by as we were traveling. The chicken tenders we ordered smelled like they were tossed in cigarettes, we couldnt even eat the tenders. The lady explained that something was wrong with the fryer. Im sorry but who can eat a cigarette smelling tender? As we were leaving someone else was at the front complaining about the tenders as well. They did give us a refund but I would not recommend this place.

The Zaxby’s located in Barnesville, GA has consistently terrible service; like the cashiers slamming the Drive thru door in your face or exhibiting the most unfriendly attitude. The food is typically okay if you can get past the rude behavior of the staff.

They mess up our order almost every time we go. Not long ago they didn’t put chicken on my boyfriend’s sliders…just gave him empty buns. Tonight, once again, (2nd time in two weeks) something as simple as adding sauce to our loaded fries wasn’t done. Better believe they will charge you for everything they mess up though. This Zaxby’s location is a waste of your money.

The first problem was the I’m assuming manager came back from her restroom break hollering at a front line employee being in the back. Then she hollered at the same girl asking if she did something. Then she proceeded hollering from the front thru the pass thru window to the back scolding backline employees in front of customers which is very unprofessional. I think she needs to be sent to charm school big time! Then the fries were Luke warm and tasted kinda like they smell in the bag frozen. There was no seasoning on the fries. This was by far the worse trip to any Zaxby’s I’ve ever experienced. I may have to skip this Zaxby’s in the future passing thru Barnesville. I would encourage anyone who has the same type experience to speak up. That’s the only way to get things like this fixed.

Very friendly people work here. The fried pickles are great when cooked right the last 2 times haven’t been cooked right. Last time they were to oily and this time way over done to crunchy to eat. Sorry ya’ll but great service. UPDATE….today fried pickles was GREAT thanks ya’ll.
