Ordered the cheese bites… I went inside for some marinara sauce for cheese bites… I was told they by an employee , they only give ranch for cheese bites… I said how nasty.. I said whoever heard of ranch with cheese bites and what happened to the marinara? But if course employee had no clue

The tenders were good but the fries looked like they were cooked days ago and reheated, gross. They also forgot to give us any Zax sauce. The service was terrible and the staff was very unprofessional. Will never eat at this Zaxbys again.

Went to get a replacement salad, no onion or tomato. Get my food still had onion and tomato. They give me salad again and i showed cashier still had tomato! Cashier was nice but told her i couldnt keep waitin i was on my 30 min lunch break! Got my food wrong 3 times. When i asked for refund she said she couldn’t so i drove off

French fries are NASTY every single time! What’s going on? Change the oil maybe? Employees are always friendly and everything else is pretty good. Please, do something about the fries? The fries are kind of the best part!!

Zaxby’s has went down hill ,there food has decreased in quality, just not as good and you get less food ex: NO MORE celery or carrots but yet it cost more money???? Service as went way down hill. Your order when going through drive thru is missing food 7 out of 10 times very upsetting

The last two times I went there, I overheard the manager verbally abusing the staff. He stood there scrolling on his phone, and barking out threats like “Somebody’s about to get written up!”. The food quality is comparable to any other Zaxby’s, but I can’t stand to see people being mistreated. I won’t go there again.

I ordered a Cobb zalad and fries the salad was mediocre and the fries were terrible I can tell the oil is old because the fries are discolored and the toast was hard as a brick. I’m not really sure how somebody could pay their money and this food pass by all their employees as ok to serve a customer zaxbys on martha berry do better because this is pathetic.

I don’t know who owns or manages this store but it has to be the worst fast food establishment I’ve ever been to. The employees are rude, the food is never right, and they are always out of something. I went in tonight, after paying $11 for a salad and waiting 20 minutes (grilled chicken needed cooked), and they didn’t give me salad dressing, I go in and the women doesn’t acknowledge me, she’s on her phone and then rude when I ask for my dressing. This store needs some serious help.
