I order a kids fingers for my son who was really hungry and when we got home and open the box we find out that they put 2 dry old wings stead of the chicken with half of the order of fries, I called and the manager didn’t even offer an explanation or apology only said we can replace it for you next time you are here, what about now? What my son is going to eat?? Worse experience and food

Would not recommend. The employees clearly did not want to be at work today. I ordered a kids meal and thank God we pulled over to check because the bag only contained a single box with fries. Went inside to get this corrected and was greeted with a literal huffing and puffing. I am so sorry employee that you had to correct your mistake. My sandwich had no cheese as well (yes, I ordered the sandwich that came with cheese) but I realized that after the first trip inside for the chicken fingers and was not going back inside.

My 16 year old son has been working for Zaxby’s for about 3 months. During these three months my son worked after school and on weekends for this establishment, picked up extra shifts and has done his job well. General Manager Matt, has been nothing but a tyrant to the young black boys and girls who have been hired at this establishment. Some may call what I’m doing right now petty, or without merit. Today June 11, 2023 at 2:51pm, Matt fired my 16 year old son who went in to work this morning at 11am for the theft of a medium box of French fries that as Matt told me was made before the store closed at 11:pm but the employee’s including my son were still cleaning the Resturante until after 11:40pm. This is food that would have went to the trash at the end of the night. I am giving this establishment one star only because I feel that if you are going to hire children period of any race at these establishments you should know how to teach, and treat them. I also hope that the parents of the children who are being hired at this establishment will check in with their children and hear what they have to say about the general manager Matt. My son has been complaining about him from the beginning, but I told him that there are difficult people everywhere and to deal with it but we also have to stand up for these kids because my son could have been one of yours. thank god that I raised my son to be a strong black young man, because this is something that could damage the self esteem of a more delicate minded child. The kids who do work there are all great they get 5 ⭐️’s GM Matt gets 5 . Retrain him to have empathy and understanding of our youth.

Zaxby’s is dropping in quality of order execution seemingly every day. The consistent skimping in order execution is infuriating. My boneless wings were haphazardly prepared, the dang Zax Sauce is NOT supposed to be on top of my food. See the picture of the traditional wings? Those are bone dry but should have had sauce on them. See the area where the tenders are? I’ve NEVER seen those areas so sparse that you can see the color of the container beneath the food more so than the food itself. The kicker is that the restaurant was within 30 minutes of closing. Who are they skimping for when any cooked leftover food is thrown away? Maybe the employees are holding back for themselves, I can’t call it. I will be contacting corporate.

I come to this location TWICE a week same time and always ask for FRESH BONELESS WINGS due to this area being slow around this time. If I spend $10.00 or more I would like my food to be FRESH AND HOT.. I don’t want anything that’s been sitting for over 10-20 mins.. I don’t understand why it’s such a BIG DEAL to drop 8 boneless wings that takes 5-10 mins I had to come into the store to get them to redo it. This will be my LAST TIME SUPPORTING THIS ESTABLISHMENT

Terrible experience. I placed an order on the app. The food was cold when I got there.. I ordered 2 large fries with my meals and got less than an order of fries in each. The employees were rude. I asked for extra seasoning on my fries and there was none at all. The sandwich meal I got barely had any sauce on it. And I didn’t get the normal celery in my chicken tender meal.

This salad was 10.00. I asked for no tomatoes, no cucumbers and no tomatoes. They could have given more lettuce. There was hardly any chicken or cheese. This is terrible.
