This place is fine if you go to eat in or do the drive thru, but NEVER order delivery from here. They always forget half of the things that are ordered as well as all the sauces. Also, if you order through the app (even though it is THEIR fault the food was not packaged) they will still tell you to go through DoorDash for everything even though you don’t have an actual order from DD so you can’t dispute it easily.

It took over 40 minutes from start to finish. Orderd a family meal, side of slaw and xtra basket of bread. Get home to find all we have is chicken and 4 pieces of bread. Call the store to only get the fax tone in your ears. Never again!! You lost your chance at my hard earned money.

Well.. as much money you pay to these people, they like to give you inconsistency in their tenders. One not done and one too well done. Such a shame. Im not paying 13.00 in a meal and only get to eat one tender out of it. You will never see me again. Your employees knew what they were doing putting that burnt and not done tender in my box.

Horrible service in fact, seems like the person is working at the drive-through really don’t even want to be there. They gave me the wrong food and they flooded my sandwich with Zaxby sauce. I wish I knew the owner.

We live close by and come to this location at least once or twice a week. Their food is usually very good, occasionally no so much lol. But for the most part, this has been a good location to eat at. However, lately their service has really gone downhill. The employees used to be very efficient, friendly and almost always got our orders right. Now, the service is so slow and the employees are terrible. I’ve been here during all hours of the day and it’s always slow. I actually left about a week ago after sitting in the drive through for twenty minutes with only one car ahead of me already at the window. I was on my lunch break so I’m sure it was twenty minutes. Today, I had the pleasure of being spoken to like a kindergartner by a teenager because I had the audacity to ask for the correct drink. And she still made it wrong. Without going into detail, I’m sure she did it on purpose. I had already spent half an hour trying to get the correct drink and I wasn’t about to argue with someone over a drink lol. But yeah, terrible service and won’t be back.
