Food oil was watered down this evening. Chicken fingers and fries were not crispy, just a soggy mess. Not worth the time to drive back to Z. Seems this franchisee owner just does not care about his restaurants anymore. In fact he should sell them to another franchsiee that is more hands on and takes pride of ownership… Coke machine and counter always with black bacteria and dirty…. restrooms always filthy, sticky dinning room floor. The health inspector in Cherokee County must be blind with no concept of ServSafe methodology.

There is always a problem at the place. I get the same meal every time I go and for some reason the price is different every time. Today I tried to order my usual meal and they told me they didn’t have enough chicken to make the meal…. How does a chicken place not have enough chicken?? I asked for them to just replace the chicken and my meal went from $10 to $15 so their inconvenience became my problem. I love Zaxby’s but this location is ruining it for me.

Waited 45min for the order only to find out it was sent to someone else. They then wanted me to wait 15 more minutes to get the order up. Irony is I was right in front of the counter and she still missed the order. Great!

I used to work at Zaxby’s two years ago and all I Gotta say is now this place is going downhill! There was wing sauce all over my box and on the outside of the bag. The proportions of the meals were awful. Paid for a meal and got half of it. Very disappointing and always relied on zaxbys food.

Wasn’t greeted very friendly at intercom to start with. I ordered a number 2 and wasn’t asked if 4, 5, or 6, and wasn’t asked for sauces. Only was what to drink. Then is that all woth a very irritated voice. Had to tell him I wanted the 6 tenders making me forget I wanted sweet and spicy dipping sauce as he said the number 2 was only a 4 piece. Where I told him that there are no other numbers for the 5 or 6.

Totally incompetent staff who only talk to their friends that come in and give them free food. Totally messed up my orders and overcharged me while shorting me a bunch of items from my food. Prices have gone way up while the quality has gone way down. It is ridiculous and unethical what they are doing now. Boycotting them.

Would have easily gotten five stars. The food was hot fresh, came out quickly, and the service was really good. But the whole restaurant and every table was absolutely disgusting. There was trash everywhere. I had to go get a stack of napkins and then soak them with water from the Coke machine and then go wipe off one of the tables. I don’t know if that’s being a little picky or not.
