Fries were cold and the wait was long but the thing that really upset me was the size of the chicken breast in the sandwich. If I had known that was the size I would have never gone and I certainly wouldn’t have spent almost $10 for the meal! I won’t ever go here again! Waste of money!!

I don’t know what happened, previously it was good but now service is horrible. Extremely slow and serviced with attitudes and missing items. Don’t ask for a zalad on Sunday, they run out of lettuce weekly. Today i pulled ahead and waited on my food to later be questioned about my receipt before i could be handed my food. I recommend that you keep driving and skip this one.

OMG! Fat! Salt! Sugar! In HUGE, TASTY quantities! I don’t eat here often, every meal takes, likely, half a day off my life. Not that I’m worried – with this kind of life, missing the last months years likely just means a lower bill for absorbent briefs and chux pads …

My visit today was below average. Zaxbys chicken quality has been in a death spiral since at least 2014. However I’ve stayed loyal. Their tea is a solid 8/10. I love it. That being said, my experience today was absolutely disgraceful. I paid them $27 for some of the saddest driest dingleberries I’ve ever seen at their establishment. If you have the time in your day to drive four miles farther, just go to Guthrie’s.

Very disappointed. I love about 20 minutes away, so it’s on me for not checking my food before leaving. Get home to multiple things missing (atleast three items) store isn’t answering the phone and my kids have to go to bed so I can’t come all the way back out tonight.

They can never get my order right and it’s always missing something. Third time they get my order wrong. I ordered a wings and things should I only ended up getting the 5 wing meal which is the same price for less food. How hard is it to get the meal right? Save yourself the trouble and go to the river stone location

We used to visit this location frequently, but after this experience, we may never return. My 10 year old daughter went up to order cookies- (they have a “3 cookie” deal, and she wanted two of one kind- and one of another). She came back to the table with two cookies and no receipt. We decided, no big deal, we could do without the third cookie, until I realized that she paid way more for two than three!!! So, I walked up to the counter to ask someone if we could at least get the extra cookie (although we still would have paid more), and was treated SO rudely. The lady asked me if I had a receipt- I told her that my daughter wasn’t given one- she angrily opened the cookie container, and shoved one in a bag and said, I can’t help you again without a receipt (in a very rude tone). Here’s the thing, I had my credit card statement pulled up, my daughter is young- maybe they didn’t hear her correctly, I wasn’t trying to argue…. I just wanted an extra cookie. Anyone with good customer service skills would gladly give a COOKIE to a customer and take their word that their daughter ordered three. It’s seriously unreal that she was that rude over an extra cookie. I was really complimenting the location and speed of food prep until she ruined it for me. Please- make sure your employees treat customers kindly. This world needs more kindness.
