“Acting manager” at the window wearing a hoodie that said A$$holes Live Forever”. I called and asked for the manager and actually got the person wearing the hoodie. He said it was cold and had to borrow a hoodie. I asked him if he saw any problem wearing that hoodie at the drive thru window and he said he saw no problem with it and remained uncooperative. If this is the care they put into their image I can only imagine the care put into the food.

went here today and got a four finger plate with extra fries instead of coleslaw with the fried white cheddar bites on the side. i got my order and the lady was very rude. was a older woman. i got my bag with “everything” in there and i was missing the bites. i look in my meal tray and everything was just everywhere.didn’t even get the extra fries and the coleslaw was everywhere. i would not recommend the drive through. instead go inside and order to make sure it’s right.

I’ve eaten here more times than I’m willing to admit. I can’t recall ever have an issue with the food or service. Is everything always perfect? No, but it’s fast food, a heart attack in a sack.

We tried the Cajun deluxe chicken sandwich this time around, and it was great! Then we also got the fried mushrooms as an appetizer, since they’re always good, and the kids got the chicken fingers and wings as usual. The sweet tea was good, staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant and dining areas were clean. If you got room for dessert the brownies and cookies are good too, but we skipped the dessert this time around since we got grilled food and felt like we were eating healthy for a change and accomplishing something. On that subject, their salads are very good and a large proportion of food for the price

I used to live Zaxby’s. Every now and then you can get lucky and actually get fresh food from them and made correctly. Unfortunately, this location has messed up my order the last 5 times. I am done. This sucks because there is not a huge selection of places to eat out here.

Zaxbys seems to have slipped a little over the last year or so. I can’t really place it on one thing, just not as good as I remember in the past. Their dipping sauces are excellent, especially the tongue torch sauce. It has a little heat with a great flavor.

Something was off with this visit. But I will start with the good. The coke drink cold and crisp. The fries were good, but had no seasoning salt. The visit was off the mark for a couple of reasons. First the slaw was not in a separate container keep it from running all over the bread and other food. Second, the slaw tasted like it came from the KFC next door. The toast was browned only on one side, it was a half toast and half plain sandwich bread taste. For $10 it could have been better.
