This place is awful. The lady working the register needs to learn how to do her job. We ordered three chocolate chip cookies and did not receive them. The chicken fingers were dry and not proper. We waited for over 20 minutes in the drive-through and had to come inside, and they still mess up our order. I wish Zaxbys would get some management and do better. 🙁 sad face.

Nasty. Asked for fresh food (even if I had to wait) and got the opposite of that. The fries were soaked in grease and old. How hard is it to cook fries? Or be pleasant on a drive thru speaker? Apparently very. This location always disappoints. The manager or owner should do better. Every option for fast food on Powder Springs St is subpar. Now I’ll drive the extra and go to the S. Marietta location. Always good there.

Sitting on my couch and my account was just charged a duplicate charge from when I ate here Saturday. Called the restaurant and they stated I was the third person it happened to that they know of and to call my bank to dispute it. DO NOT PAY WITH A CARD! They are scamming people and doing nothing about it. Call them and they will tell you they are having issues and they are trying to fix it. I REPEAT DO NOT PAY WITH A CARD! THEY ARE DOUBLE CHARGING WITH NO REMORSE FOR THE CUSTOMER!!!

Our drive through order was totally wrong. An entire meal was missing, tenders were not in the wings and things combo and another entire meal was not even rang up. When we came back to get it fixed the manager had the audacity to say, “It’s hard to believe that they would actually miss the tenders.” I mean we came back for a reason. Because it was wrong, very wrong.

The food is very good my only real problem with this location is the staff they seem to just not be engaged with the customer as much as they should be maybe a little inexperienced with customer service all and all it’s a good place they just need to work on a few things it’s kind of like they treat you as a paycheck instead of a customer

The food quality and the customer services at this location has been tumbling. I went into this resturant and ordered chicken tenders they were covered in some kind of paper and refired. When I approached the manager she was very unconcerned with my problems and the general manager called me the next following day, being rude and hung up on me in the middle of the conversation.
