I just had a horrible experience in this location. The dining area was full of flies in the windows and around the tables and to top it off, they gave us some of the ingredients in our salad were frozen and they didn’t even apologize for it. They said they were letting it thaw now and offered something else but this is lack of professionalism and shouldn’t serve food this way.

Food came out hot and quickly. Unfortunately, their freestyle machines had very few options working. Employees were pleasant. Tables, seats and floor unfortunately were dirty. An employee came by and swept the floors but never touched any tables.

Really poor service. I’ve been there twice in the last couple of months and both times it was just poorly run. The first time I just chocked it up to a bad day. The second time I ordered curbside thinking that would be better. I checked in and waited…and waited and waited. I eventually went inside to find several people (workers) just standing around. I told them I had been waiting roughly 15 minutes and they asked me my name…of course my order was just sitting over to the side. Everyone looked bewildered and just handed me my order, no apology, no nothing. It’s Zaxby’s so I didn’t expect too much (no shade) but geez.

The chicken fingers and the nibbler sandwiches were too salty. Had to wipe them off with the napkins. Service was fast although the food wasn’t a warm as it should have been. Zaxby’s sauce package was cut from the middle and was given to us to have with our food. That went in trash right away. Not very likely to visit this location again.

Change your curbside pick up instructions. Had to check in 3 times and nobody comes out. When I call they bring it out right away so it’s probably been sitting there for a while while I’m waiting 10 min after the pick up time.

This is my primary Zaxby’s location. Ordered a meal was WAY over salted. Was told to come back so that they can make it better I wasn’t initially going to come back but I gave another chance and they even left out the fries and gave me a few drizzle of ranch. I will be giving this to my dogs and I will go to a different Zaxby’s… What a shame. Here is a screenshot of them “Making it right”. I hate making this review but it shall and needs to be known.
