The food here was pretty good, albeit smaller than I remember. That being said, I rated it 5 stars because of the amazing staff. Tim and Jayden were extremely proactive and were fixing the soda machine, bussing and taking trash, and holding open doors for customers. They were really exemplar workers, and I hope people know when they work hard like that it does not go unnoticed.

I genuinely love coming here. From the consistently fresh and well seasoned food that is always super quick, to the welcoming atmosphere this is my favorite food place around. You can really never go wrong coming here whether you want to work or hangout with friends it’s so amazing, I truly recommend.

Went through drive thru and ordered three meals. One for my wife, son and myself. So three plates. I got my order and checked it as they are not always accurate. They weren’t accurate. I tapped on the window and associates were too busy talking to open up. I pulled up and go inside, have to wait at the counter, when I finally get up there the kid behind the register says he has to ask the manager about replacing it. She says she needs the receipt…..I look over she can see me, I can see her… SHE IS THE ONE WHO HANDED ME THE FOOD IN THE DRIVE THRU. Absolutely had to have the reciept, so I go to the car get the reciept come back in and have to stand in line AGAIN, then wait another 5 minutes to get my replacement sandwich. Terrible service, and to know I just came through the drive thru and require a reciept is ridiculous. Will not be going here in the future as I don’t support businesses who punish their customers for the businesses mistakes.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a #1 and upgraded the drink to a peach tea. They gave me greasy fries drowning in seasoning and the tea tasted like peach sugar water. I went in to get new fries and a regular drink. They gave me about 8 fries, still greasy and they looked the scraps. I was told I couldn’t be refunded what I paid for the drink upgrade after having to exchange it for a regular drink because quote me not liking it “wasn’t their fault” As I’m talking to them one guy is smirking, the girl that seemed to be leading them is looking like a deer in headlights and another girl is just staring. The kids working in there having no customer service training. They could barely hold a conversation. Needless to say I left the drink and the sad looking fries on the counter and left. Next time I want tenders and fries I’ll head over to Canes

Giving this a 4/5 because of the resolution we got from Grant the manager. We had an issue with the menu. The egg rolls were still on the menu and offered to be sold separate on menu, however they said they were no longer selling them without the salad, the lady at the drive through was chickie and didn’t properly handle this issue. However, Grant stepped in and provided top notch service despite our initial experience with the young lady taking the order.

The drive through line is always incredibly long. I drove around just to check the menu to make sure the egg rolls were still being offered before I sat in line to forever. Got to the speaker just to be told “we don’t sell those anymore”. They’re advertised in two places at the drive through and still on the website too. If you don’t sell them, remove them from the outside menu or at least add a note that you’re out of stock.

If I could give a zero I would. This zaxbys location is making Zaxbys look bad. The “cooks” in there are acting like this is McDonald’s. Look at this sandwhich…I was excited to try this and I feel like I just ordered a $1 McChicken. If you don’t want to come to work..then do ya us favor and don’t. I hope the franchise owner sees this and turns this place around. Pretty sad.
