This was our first time ordering from Zaxby’s. The food was all excellent. We had the grilled chicken sandwich and 2 of the Fingerz meals. Coleslaw was awesome. The seasoning on the fries makes them above average and the chicken was the best I’ve had from a fast food restaurant. My only issue was with curbside pickup. We checked in and waited 15 minutes before going in to check on order. It was ready and they were very apologetic. If you mobile order for curbside and it doesn’t come out in a reasonable time just go inside and grab it.

To start off, the food was cold, it tasted like the scent of smoking, and the portion and quality of fries were horrible. The fries were hard and very little potato. They also gave be less than a handful of fries. Not sure if it was just the time of day I went, but I do not recommend.

Fried chicken is absolutely delightful. I usually keep it simple with the number 1 (Big Zax Snac) which includes 3 chicken strips, a side, and toast. However I have heard from close friends the sandwiches, loaded fries, and etc. are nothing to scoff at. Also, their honey mustard is a must.

Today was the best experience I’ve ever had at any Zaxby’s location! I pulled up to the drive thru and saw an attendant taking orders in place of the speaker. Best idea ever! Michael was the attendant who took our order. He was kind, precise, and accurate with our confusing order. Next time I come into this location, I will be asking for his wonderful customer service

I rode through the drive thru and a person outside took my order. I ordered a grilled Cobb salad, which had 10 small pieces of chicken. Also, my portion side was small. Zaxby’s is closer to my home. And at Chick fil a, the wait may be longer, but the food is always delicious, portion size is always consistent, and and employees are professional. Zaxby’s need to take lessons from the competition, and stop wondering how to make improvements.
