Today, 7/22 at 2:15pm I go through the drive through to order my meal. The lady tells me they only have hi c products and tea. I realized they messed up my order so I go inside to get zax sauce and immediately see people getting soda. I decided to order a soda in person to verify what I was told in the drive through. The soda wasn’t out of stock, I was able to pour a large dr pepper, no problem

This has to be the worst Zaxbys. No sugar for drinks, no ice, no sauce given when received the order, out of ranch, no tomatoes. We went to sit down and a worker came out and said, “I don’t appreciate the way you spoke to my cashier saying there is no common sense”. It wasn’t even us, she realized this and said, “oh, wrong person”, then turned to walk away and did not apologize. By far the worst customer service of any fast food chain we have been to. Our order wasn’t even correct.

Experience was awful. Food was cold. The option for curbside delivery is on the app. After waiting 10 minutes past the delivery time I had to go inside to find out that they don’t do curbside anymore. Tried to give them another chance a few days later. The food was cold, my sandwich had 1.5 chicken fingers on it and the food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Just awful. We’re not going back!

This place is Full of one sided arrogant people. Let a bunch of stoner run the place that only stay on there phone and do nothing. They have rules that they bend for certain employees. One rule no family members cant work there are together. The asst manger Emery’s sister work there with her. Place gonna let my wife go for eating a cheese bite that she didnt even eat. Also people walking around in there smoking THC pens on the job. Poor management.

Maybe one of the poorest experiences I’ve had a restaurant. Well over 40 minutes for the food. They told us about 15 minutes into our wait that they didn’t have grilled chicken and would have to actually make more if we wanted some. You know, like a real restaurant does. This was also during the lunch rush. The restrooms were also very unclean with no soap. I am very disappointed with my time here.

Ordered 5 pieces of grilled chicken. Severely overcooked….again! All other zaxbys, the grilled chicken comes out moist and cooked well without tons of browning on the outside. This zaxbys has over cooked my grilled chicken the last two times. Sorry guys…lost my business. Just don’t get why they can’t get it right.
