Waited 30 minutes in the line for them to give me old nasty food. Burnt toast. Nasty dry tenders. The smallest order of cheddar bites ever. No sauce. Wrong drink order. And left out the cookies for my kids meals. The food was uneditable. Even my kids gaged on it. And if I get food poisoning I won’t even be surprised because while eating my chicken tender I bit into something slimy and green. Honestly it’s ruined the whole chain for me.

Had an up and down experience. First time eating inside of this location, usually drive thru. Came in took a long time to get our food. The employees realized they set our food to the side to make to go orders. They ended up making us fresh food after ours sat for over 10 minutes. After we got done eating Tish granted us with a gift card for our next meal. What an awesome employee. Tish is amazing!!

This has to be the biggest train wreck of a restaurant i have ever been to. Waited 40 minutes after paying for my food. Was ask to pull over while they waited in my cheese bites. 12 other cars were waiting. Finally got my food, Only to get cold awful food. On top of it, the staff is awful and rude. Who ever manages this store (if there is a manager) needs some serious training. No way this place survives at this rate.

Wish there was an option for zero stars. This might be the worst option for food in all of Indian Land. When our office was down the street, we ordered from this location often and were always disappointed. I must have been suffering from heat stroke when I agreed to drive the 30 minutes for Zaxby’s chicken. Ordered food and knew sometimes you have to wait. The girl taking my order was rude but ok, no worries, maybe she is having a bad day. She told me to drive around and park. Ok, I get it. I’m glad i ordered a drink so I could sit in my car and chill. After waiting over 20 minutes, I tried to go in to get my own food…door locked. I drove back into the drive thru line only to be told they aren’t taking any more orders. When I told her I’ve been waiting she said she would bring my food out. When she finally came out, she threw the food into my car, turned and ran back inside and locked the door. When I looked, food and sauces were all over my light beige car interior. $60 worth of food ruined. Nothing was edible. Avoid this location!!

This location has gone downhill since I moved to this area in 2021. They have too many teens working this location and I’m not sure what the managers are doing. Employees are always on their cellphones, and they NEVER get the orders correct on either end (ordering, receiving). There is no good customer service. I should have left a review along time ago but today was the final straw. I went today after not having been here in several months. I ordered a 5 piece traditional barbeque wing meal. The young girl taking my order in the drive through repeated the order back to me. I get to the window to pick up my meal and I receive a traditional wing and things with boneless wings, spicy flavor. How? I hate that I’m now going to have to go to another side of town to a different Zaxby’s when this Zaxby’s is 5 minutes away. I will not return to this Zaxby’s.

today is the excuse of one person working the last excuse was systems are down oh wait system are up but we only serving 1 2 3 combos only like every night its an excuse to come eat who manages it why would it only be “1 person working “ or cause they close at 10 so they act like the systems are down so they dont have to stay late and clean or they are lazy as h*** drive pass the wondow to see 4 ppl working standing around nd sign said one person working

We placed our order ahead of time and when we got to the restaurant there were only two other cars there. Countless cars drove in and out of the drive through. We went in after 10 minutes to see if it ready and was met with the standard “it’ll be out in one minute” only to have the employees turn around and talk to each other without doing anything. We ended up waiting an HOUR for two normal meals. Not only that but our food when we got it was lukewarm!

Terrible…. Sat in the drive-thru for 25 mins then I got to the window they put no sauce in my bag, I tapped on the glass to get her attention and she had a whole attitude because I asked for sauce? After waiting 25 mins to get COLD food. This was my first and last time coming to this location. You need to do better Zaxby’s

I know there’s some reason why they’re always so behind on orders or short staffed but I’ve been sadly disappointed with this store location, service times are way down the wait is ridiculous and the food quality isn’t what it use to be, I ordered a wings n things meal fries were cold my wings were so hard that not only could you not bite through them but i couldn’t get a fork to go through them and that was all wings like that my tenders were fine but cold and my husbands nibblerz meal was cold and they charged us for sauces and still didn’t put them in bag with food and had to ask for them when I got home it wasn’t worth the wait or the money spent. And that’s all I wanted to eat for Mother’s Day !!!!!!
