Ordered wings and things,more like chicken nuggets and small stripes with barely any fries and bread not toasted. It had been awhile since I went here and decided to try them again. No more. If you want good Zaxby’s go to Berea or Laurens Rd.

The last two times I’ve been to Zaxby’s in Easley, they have left out the sauce, the celery sticks, and they don’t carry thousand Island dressing anymore, poor serving size also, and the price has increased.

$11 for 5 small chicken tenders and 1/2 of the slaw we used to get. No silverware or ask if we needed salt. I’m sorry but the individual taking my order needs people skills. My wife got the Zack Snack and the chicken tenders on hers were small too

Got a 5 piece chicken finger plate. Requested fries with no seasoning and the request was ignored. They forgot the Zax sauce. Been to many Zaxby’s and this is the worst Zaxby’s experience I’ve ever had. Will not be returning.

I’m writing this review from family members iPad not my account. I’m sure that corporate doesn’t pay attention to these reviews but this location really needs help! Ordered a chicken sandwich plate and got home only to find out that there was NO CHICKEN in the sandwich!! I was annoyed and called up there to explain and the person on the phone kinda chuckled and said “our bad”. I drove to pick up a new replacement sandwich, got there showed my receipt and picked up the sandwich. The thing that really bothers me as they just didn’t seem to care very much. No I’m back home with family and husbands fries are cold and my plate is cold. My dilemma is that I want to so very much to STOP eating at Zaby’s but my 3 kids and hubs love there food. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!

Really bad experience at drive through at lunch with them giving me wrong items on my salad. Also you can’t do any online ordering at this Easley location, I was told that part of app has been messed up for months. . This is a management problem not the kids working there.

Tried to go to Zaxby’s at lunch but they denied us service at drive thru after waiting 15 minutes and even when we went inside. They didn’t care people were waiting in line thinking they were going to get to eat lunch. They said we would have to wait 40 minutes. I think they had so many online orders and door dash orders they couldn’t keep up. Sad. I had to tell the other customers they would not be served because they were not going to tell them.

Ordered online for drive thru pick up. Then when went to pick it up got told to park. After 15 minutes I went back around and was told online orders were put at the bottom of the list, all in house and drive thru orders were served first. Took 25 minutes to get our order after we arrived.

Literally got the loaded fries and this is “loaded” bacon wise. This is a joke! Practically just chicken ranch fries! In that case could have went with the chicken finger plate and put the tenders on the fries.

I sat in the drive at the box for a long time before they took my order. Then I waited with one car in front of me for 15 minutes before they gave me my food. It takes to way to long and then never give u sauce.
