I ordered my food over the phone at 2:41 7/28/23. I arrived at the location at 3:05 to pick up my food and finally had it delivered at 3:15 after the associate that was checking me out closed the wrong order. The associate that took my order on the phone was rude and poorly trained it seemed. I was informed that my food would ready within 10 minutes of me calling it in and that was obviously false. Just a terrible experience as a whole at your establishment.

I got a chicken finger plate with a side of fries and slaw. I have only been here once, so I can only speak for this experience. The tenders were small and dry. The fries were cold and soggy. The bread was not fresh. It was pretty clear to me the food had been sitting out for a while, and that they served me old food instead of cooking a fresh batch.

My girlfriend ran by here to grab us lunch. The first time she ordered when she got home, we noticed they gave her the wrong salad, old fries, and undercoocked chicken, so obviously, she went back to get it replaced, the manager took care of it fine and wasn’t really bothered but apparently after getting our food the cook decided she wanted to yell at her and try to argue everything was fine to begin with. She just left, and now I’m leaving this review. I got my food in practically in the same condition and am waiting on my toaster oven to fix the old, cold fry problem. At the end of the day, she got the wrong salad to begin with.

This place is going down day by day. I went here for lunch because I just wanted there fries and cheese bites I have had issues here but I going to try again now the staff is nice but the food is always old when I come so specifically ask for my fries to be extra crispy so the would make them fresh and what I get some old fries once again the cheese bites were hot and fries cold. I am so done with this place. Waisted my money again.

This place was terrible today. I usually go there with my wife and I never have any problems. Today, I went to go get my wife & myself some lunch. First they made me wait for over 10 minutes. On my order, I made it a large meal and after I left the place and got my meal, they gave me 10 fries and 1 Zaxby’s sauce for the 2 meals. Why charge me for the large meal when you are only going to give me 10 fries? I tried to call the store and their phone line is disconnected. This is ludicrous and I hope that Corporate goes to fix the issue. It is wrong to have employees charging customers for the food but not giving them their worth of food that they are paying for. Horrible business model if that is what the management is instructing the employees to do.
