Zaxbys tongue touched sauce is amazing, it’s even good on the fries. Give that sauce a try. If you have never been to Zaxbys your missing out on one of the best places for chicken in town. This location was clean, and had friendly staff, also the food came out really fast, witch has not been my experience at zaxbys in the past, so good job.

The food is good. However there is a manager there named Kenya according to her name tag that I saw berate and belittle her staff while placing my order I watched her shove a box back across the counter and yell at them I don’t have time for this, you need to get it together, that’s the polite version. Then proceed to walk out to her car to vape. I can completely understand people are waiting for food bc there’s no staff if this is how they’re treated. I’ll choose a different restaurant now

Customer service is dead here. No smile, no greeting. We were dining in and they put our food in a to-go bag. No napkins, no forks to eat the salad. Had to go back up and ask for utensils. Again, no smile. And what if we were drive-thru? How could we eat our salad with no fork?

I hate how when you order at the Drive thru, they have every single car pull forward. It is so dumb how they never have any food ready. It is five cars pulled over waiting on food. Then when they do bring food out, they don’t know who ordered what. Also, for us to be pulled over, the food don’t be piping hot at all. I wish these people had enough sense to put the Cold Slaw in a container with a lid on it inside of just putting it in a plate where your fries, chicken and bread end up soggy wet. It’s so crazy how people don’t use their heads anymore and take pride in their jobs and think about the things they do. It’s so ridiculous. I hate this place.

I ordered a chicken finger meal for my daughter and she wanted half sweet/half unsweet tea. The had made 2 containers of sweet tea by mistake instead of one of each. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and friendly to get us sorted out and get the correct tea for my daughter. She enjoyed her food too.

Ok. Do you get a bonus for every grain of seasoning you save? Like I don’t get it. The food is so bland at this location. Like consistently. They never put seasoning on anything. Are they hoarding it? For what purpose? So many questions… Even the “extra seasoning” is sad lol

I hate that you are understaffed. I come to this location at least once a week. Your service has been lacking the last month or so and it apparently isn’t the staff you have there but those that aren’t coming to work. I was the 4th car at the drive thru line, waited 25 mins just to get to the speaker to order. It took another 8 minutes to place the order. I hope this all gets straightened out and you don’t put your employees in this situation any longer.

I placed my order in the drive thru and paid at 520. The order was for a #1 tossed in hot honey mustard, with a, a #3 boneless with wings in nuclear, fingers in sweet and spicy, and a kiddie finger. After waiting 24 minutes in my car I went in to find out where our food was, had we not already paid I would have gone somewhere else. I was told it would be just another minute and that they only had one cook. There were three front house workers, two in the back, and a manager at that point. I then got my food at 546, 26 minutes after paying. I live 1.5 miles away, a 3-4 minute drive. When I got home the only thing about any of the food that was hot was the kiddie fingers, and it seemed like they came out of the fryer a good five minutes before I even walked in the door. Not a single fry, bread, nor mine or my wife’s chicken could be considered “hot” let alone be considered even warm. I’ve had mints that were hotter after being left in my car on a warm spring day. After taking almost a half hour to get me my food the only thing I could expect was that it would at least be fresh and hot, not cold fries with the rigidity of a basset hound’s ears. An absolute waste of almost $30 and 30 minutes.
