I get it .. you want a fast drive thru .. however can you please get the customer service right before you try to be fast.. we did a mobile order.. not the best experience.. wanted to order some egg rolls at the speaker and couldn’t .. tryied to order extra sauces and they closed the window.. and didn’t even give us the sauce for what we ordered with the food. The fries was old and un seasoned after we asked for extra seasoning . thank goodness we had ranch in the fridge ..I mean dry chicken tenders? Is that a thing now ? hey zaxbys let’s try quality over quantity and see how that works.

Absolutely disgusted today. I get a half hour for lunch and waste most of it just to get food. Normally I let the fact that I have to wait go, however to wait as long as I did and end up with this I’m beyond mad. I hate leaving bad reviews but the Woodruff rd location really dropped the ball today – definitely not going back to this one.

Customer service is not great. I went there yesterday and decided to GO BIG my meal which I never do. I was pulled up to wait on my food and that was fine, no problem. My food comes out and it’s not a GO BIG amount of fries..they literally gave me 3 more fries. I ask the guy “is this a large fry?” He says yes and I tell them that’s the same amount of fries and he kind of shrugs his shoulders and asks if I want him to go get me more fries. I say yes Adam that would be great, thank you. He goes in the store and NEVER comes back out!!! Mind you it’s lunch time and I’m on my lunch break, i waited there 10 min and watched him come back out and give others food and never bring my fries out that he offered!! The line was soo long I refused to go back around. I called the assistant manager when I got back to work and he didn’t seem to care really. He offered me to come back after work to get extra fries…sir be serious, what would’ve been the point in that. Should of got a free meal for your employee lying and wasting my time.

Keeping it a buck…there are a bunch of dummies working here. Especially management. Absolutely no one in the dining room. 3 cars in the driveway, me beinf one. Make a order consisting of 2 meals and a beverage. Pay and was asked to pull up to a numbered space. Waited 23 minutes !!! Only to get my meals and one of them had no fries. Lady parked next to me fussing about how long it took and she walked in to request a refund. I called to speak to a manager amd he we are busy sir Im sorry. There were more workers than customers! You are not busy, you are lazy! And your team reflects your demeanor.

This location used to be good. 13 years ago this was the place to get good food. Now it’s not, it’s bad with bad customer service. I went through the drive threw, employee were rude and then had me pull around to a spot, when there was nobody left in the parking lot, only to bring my food out to me a minute later. My husband and I went there after deciding to wait on Chick-fil-A across the street. I regret not going there instead. We ordered our food and waited awhile before a manager asked us what we were waiting for? One of the guys on the back-line kept looking at us, smiling and giggling like he was on acid or something instead of preparing our order. The manager seem unprofessional, wiping tables off with his hands, not much order or control over the restaurant. Just wasn’t happy with our experience there. It is most likely we will not return.

Love Zaxbys!! Great food done right!! They have lots of options and all are worth trying! Personally my favorite is the Wings and Things combo!!! Spicy fries and bbq wings with chicken fingers and lots of ranch!!! The toast is great too!! The best ice in town with the best iced tea!! I can’t say enough about how much I love this place!! I highly recommend it!! If you have not tried it before, you don’t know what you are missing!!!

No staff had to go thru drive thru to pick up online orders. That just defied the reason of online ordering. They could have at least let the online orders pick up inside or hand out at the door.

We have been here twice , both on sundays. Both days it was a bad experience. The wait time was around 45-50 mins both times. Food is consistent with other zaxbys but if you need food in a timely manner don’t go there.
