Stopped by on Thursday before Memorial Day, was pleasantly surprised to see a beautiful honor for the soldiers who died protecting our country. Times are tough, and food service is kind of all over the place right now, but we had a great meal and this this place is really doing things right. I’ll keep coming back.

Sunday evening and service is horrible took 6 minutes to get recognized at cash register to place my order. Then another 20 minutes to get it. A lot of employees just standing around doing nothing too. This really unacceptable. I come here a lot and it’s never been this bad. Yea containers empty and a girl said they not making any more? Really you close at 10 pm. Total chaos in here. Probably won’t be coming back here for a long time. There are other Zaxbys around

I’ve left great reviews of this place in the past, but they’ve slowly ruined that. Today I got a delivery order, 7 dollar delivery fee may I add. Order is completely wrong, funnel cake missing, my sandwich just isn’t right at all for what I payed (missing the cheese and bacon), and the “extra seasoning” for my fries was a cup of solidified seasoning that couldn’t even be shaken out, it was one solid mass in there. I tried to call 5 times and they ignored every single call. I drove there myself and received no compensation for that delivery fee, and instead get handed an order with a sandwich wrong AGAIN! I asked for no pickles and sauce on the sandwich and made that clear, and I didn’t even bother going up again, I just left. It’s upsetting because I used to love this zaxbys because of how close it was.

The prices on there marquee were different then was on the website by at least a dollar or more. When we checked our order we had not received the slaw that came with the meal but had no problem getting it. The chicken fingers seemed to have gotten a lot smaller and they were fried to long,for $10.00 this was not a good meal.

After about 6 last visits and long waits with messed up orders we gave up on this location. My wife always ordered House Zalad Fried with no onion or tomatoes. The last time they gave us in the bottom of the bag what could have been a Zalad someone ate all the chicken and and normal contents, basically a box of lettuce.

Went to zaxbys today. Service was horrible. They had to ask for my order 4 tunes. Could barely here then over speaker. And they gave me no slaw with my five finger plate. And the dude was being very weird and hitting on me and my friend making us very uncomfortable.

How does this represent a “large fries?” I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal, upgraded to large fries. This is what I received for $10. Do not waste your money on upgrades with Zaxbys… there’s literally no difference in the amount of whatever it is. To whoever called me last time, save your breath. I’m not going into a restaurant to tell the workers your name for a discount lmao what is that? Just keep on keeping on and I’ll keep on reviewing on reviewing on.

I knew not to come here, because of what people being saying specifically about this one recently in all the local newletters, but I did anyway because I needed something fast near the house. HOW TF is a fast food joint out of FRIES?! That is one of your main selling points. I’m praying I don’t have to come back here and I will absolutely refer for my associates to do the same.
