Food was not done as asked to by customer. Specifically asked for my wings to be fried twice because I don’t like soft wings. I like my wings to have a bite to it and be a certain color and texture. I know it takes 14 minutes to fry chicken to the specifications I asked and was given my food back in under 9 minutes. Therefore I was lied to by the manager and staff member who was asked was my order done to my specifics. Of course the worker made look like a pain by saying he did when he didn’t which lead his manager to obnoxiously tell me that it was done twice when I know it wasn’t. I am the fry cook at pizza hut in Las Vegas and make as well as prep the wings. I know what I want because I work with the same fryer and prep the food the same way. I am taking the wings home and putting them on the grill to get them to my specifics. Thank you for ruining my first Zaxby’s experience. Zero stars for customer service.

Not too happy about the execution tonight, I asked if it was possible to get fries with seasoning on the side and was told yes, my girlfriend is allergic to a certain spice the seasoning has and we always share the fries since zaxbys does, give good portions. Luckily im a chef and know the ins and outs of a kitchen, before she went for her first fry I stopped her and checked them out, luckily for her I realized these werent unseasoned fries but they were fries previously seasoned just redropped into the deepfryer thinking itll knock the season off. It didnt work, there was plenty of seasoning on them. Couldve been a nice lawsuit but im smart.

After pulling forward because of their drink machine malfunction, I waited 10 minutes before deciding to leave with out. Drive thru staff not very professional i.e. slouching over counter, playing on phone, talking about customers.

Food was great! Always love Zaxby’s. However, this location was great! They were super busy, but their staff was on top of it. The staff had great attitudes and one even helped my kids get their drink while I was tied up. That meant alot to me.

By far the worst Zaxby out there. I’ve had several bad experiences there but tonight takes the cake. The grilled chicken sandwich was like a hockey puck. I had to peel the chicken off of the leather. I told myself to never go back there but chi filet was pack so I did. Wrong move. I’ll never visit this place again. Do yourself a favor and do the same.
