Haven’t been to many Zaxby’s but this is one of the nicest ones. The staff was very nice and super quick too before I even payed the food was basically ready. The inside of the store is also super nice like a proper restaurant. Also one other huge upside there is tons of parking.

WoW I’m surprised that this Zaxby’s is in West Ashley! When I pulled up to the drive-thru there were two young employees standing outside cursing & sounded like a lot of drama. Very unprofessional, the guy talking & taking the orders was very pleasant in the speaker box!!! Good job towards him but the young lady in the window was very rude!!!! She said nothing to me, kept leering at me. Very uncomfortable feeling! Then when I went to hand her my card she snatched it from me while continuing to leer! When she gave me my card back my receipt was all crumpled up & still leering. Never saying anything throughout the whole ordeal. Finally she opened the window & gave me my bag of food while leering & being silent! No here you go sir, have a nice night or even a hello or how are you doing? Very disappointed never going back to this location again, I can expect to get treated better being homeless in the streets than that jailhouse! Last but least they never did give me any ketchup with the fries.

You know I’m disappointed in Zaxbys, the money people spend at this establishment you would think the food would be worth it. The tenders is dried up and very small. The web site doesn’t mention that you have to redeem your rewards with online ordering. So the young lady at register says oh you can’t redeem this with online ordering, so I said it doesn’t mention that in the terms section. You know I just walked off. Never again.

I would give no stars if I could given my recent experience. Went in and wasn’t greeted, employees were more concerned with talking to their friends than serving customers. Half of the employees behind the counter weren’t in uniform. After repeating my simple order literally four times the kid behind the counter still couldn’t get it right.

Had a poor experience and rude staff through the drive-thru, having had worked at this location back during it’s peak time, and having thorough menu knowledge, I had requested to make sure that my 10 piece trad wings would come with celery as the previous two times I had been there (in the past year) had not come with the celery that typically comes with all orders of trad wings. When I asked for this she stated that they do not do celery here (crassly) and I received my wings with no celery. This place used to be popping a few years back, and watching the long slow death of this location has been upsetting to see. Between the consistent poorer than average food and interactions like that I can’t see myself eating out here anymore.
