Went here for a quick pick up on Father’s Day! All 3 piece of toast were burnt, kiddie was burnt, dry, and hard…with barely no fries. We were overcharged for sauces, the chicken was dry and rest of the fries were refried and not seasoned. Horrible experience and especially on a day like Father’s Day. 0 stars *only have pictures of the kiddie cheese meal*

Food is always wrong when we order online. I placed an order for pickup today, and the wings barely had any sauce. I was made to go inside to pick up my drive through order. Luckily I did, the sauces requested were not with our order and the wings had hardly any sauce. Why would someone pay extra to have wings dipped in sauce, to receive wings with no sauce. An order of 10 wings dipped in sauce is $14.99 plus tax, so more than $16.00. Why would I pay more for sauce and receive none. I purchased (2) 8 oz cups of sauce separately and went in to pick up my order. I had to send the food back to get the sauce I should have gotten to start with. Again, the sauces provided with our wings was ranch. No ranch was requested. Poor service in the drive through and store. Make sure you check your order. Ours is always wrong.

The cooks was pleasant and prepared the meal accordingly. The food was fresh and tasty. Although for extra fries added on to your order , it is the same amount of fries you get with a regular meal. One of the associate at the time said it was 8 ounces and they have to measure it out. Of course you have to measure it, but when its the same amount as a regular meal then something is definitely wrong. At least the sandwich was made fresh and right.

Excellent place for takeout. Placed a curbside order (which they didn’t seem to receive immediately), but was promptly given it in the drive thru. The Texas toast was a bit dry and flavorless but the rest was outstanding. The chicken fingers are better than canes– crispy, juicy, and not too oily or fatty. They’re pretty much perfect. The wax sauce is also good, and their grilled chicken house salad was delicious and made fresh Coleslaw was also good and dirt cheap too.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to the employees at Zaxby’s. My husband’s car turned off in the middle of the drive-through. Not only did the employees come and help him push his car out but huge shout out to the manager Mimi I believe her name is for helping my husband jump his car, he is so appreciative of you guys and had a wonderful experience and wanted me to thank you guys so thank you!!!!

The chicken Sandwich was excellent I got a salad to go the cucumbers were old And starting to turn Brown Tomatoes were cut too thin and looked like they had been in the refrigerator without being covered for a day before they put them on my salad

I don’t know if it’s because of how laid back South Carolina is…but the drive-thru time was 50 minutes. I’m not going to give all the blame to the establishment. But one car in front of me ordered a sweet tea, then another sweet tea and then another sweet tea and then changed them to Peach Sweet tea because they weren’t sweet enough. Now, since this lady held up the line, she might lose a leg or toe to diabetes in a few years. Karma comes around. It might take a while, but it will bite you in the leg or toe.

went through the drive through and got a very rude worker, got boneless wings and things ×2 and they messed it up even after we had said something. our “bonless wings” were super small chicken nuggets that were a bite or less with 4 or 5. we got celery that was squishy and rubbery along with a zaxbys sauce that had a gash in the top. all together the worst zaxbys i have ever been to.
