Ordered nibblerz meal with no Zax sauce and extra fries as it hurts my stomach, all of them drowning in the sauce. Pictured is after I scraped it all off. Did not have extra fries in the container, I was given some from my boyfriends meal. Ordered a boneless wings and things and received bone in wings. The receipt had everything correct but none of the order was.

This location recently had a major update. The drive thru has improved tremendously! No more backups in traffic. The service is faster in drive thru . Catering was outstanding ! Was ready on time and was fresh ! Well worth the money spent. Employee enthusiasm/care could use a little improvement in drive thru. Otherwise fantastic food & experience over all !

Visited a few times since they opened in their new building and the service and food have been good, but the chicken wasn’t very hot this last visit and online orders seem to come out considerably later than orders from the counter even when they’re placed before the others. Overall, it’s amazing what a brand new building can do for the morale!

Horrible service. They can’t make up their minds rather to hand online orders through the drive thruor make you come in and get it. At first they would give me my online order through the drive thru now all of a sudden I have to come in and get it. How hard is it to hand my fodd through the window??

A different experience. Not great but not horrible. Food was just warm and service a bit slow. We arrived after the normal lunch time. No crowd so dont understand why service took 10 minutes. Serve unsweetened tea but have no sweetener to offer guests. I guess I motivated them to order some. This is a very old Zaxby’s. Carpeting is filthy and the whole place could use a good cleaning.

Updated….Crackehead chicken wings and enough sugar in the sweet tea to give an elephant diabetes…..spicy mushrooms were nothing but cold mush…..wanted to try the new signature club sandwich….boy they messed that up big time and the wings got no better they were all flats the fries would have been better off as mashed taters

This was the absolutely most disgusting food establishment that I have ever been inside. I understand they are tearing it down and probably don’t feel the need to clean, but that carpet hasn’t been sweeped or vacuumed since 97. The walls and booths were sticky and covered in food. Black mold and mildew was everywhere. 5 bites into my salad and I got super sick. The floors were so greasy that my daughter couldn’t even keep her balance to attempt to open the bathroom door. Just gross!!!
