I usually love to grab a Cobb salad from here when I get the chance, I’ve never had a problem eating here before, except for today when I open my salad and see that they served me lettuce that appears to be over a week old. I don’t know who thought it was okay to serve lettuce that’s that old but it could definitely make someone sick. I’m sad because I can’t eat my $11 salad now.

I became a little worried while waiting in line because it was taking so long, and then I started reading all the negative reviews, but the guy at the counter explained they were shorthanded. After we ordered, the food came out fast and was as expected. I even said something dumb to the young man, and he pointed out I was wrong but in a very polite manner. The staff did a good job, especially since there were only four of them in-house.

Big Zax snack box is over priced by $4. Chewy chicken, limp cold fries, cold toast, and a 20oz cup of ice with about 4oz of soda in it for almost $10? Flavor is ok but Not worth it at all.

All I wanted was to try the chicken, bacon, ranch fries… there was small black hairs all in them today. Needless to say I threw up the little bit I did eat… not going back!

Updated: Do NOT order their food through doordash! The salads, especially. It’s blatant fraud. The salads are more than $10, which was fine when ordering from the restaurant, as the portions are huge and the ingredients are fresh. I ordered one for delivery, expecting the same salad. Au contraire! The salad was less than half the size of the one you get in person, and was missing several ingredients. It was crammed sloppily into a basic three compartment to-go container, and they didn’t even include the dressing! Straight up scam.

Excellent customer service all around! Friendly, fast, easy to deal with staff! Counter staff went above and beyond for our special request. I really enjoyed seeing younger employees really caring about giving great service and not complaining about doing it.

It took so long to get the food. They are overwhelmed and the lady who took the order was just not pleasant. I know we live in a weird world but we was super nice and patient and it was like we was just a bother. We won’t be back.
