Placed an order on the app and it said my order would be ready in 12 minutes. Arrived at Zaxby’s and waited 45 minutes. The young male who seemed in charge was very RUDE and the female behind the counter said she needed to go in to the back because there was too many people in there. The employee told a man at the counter to not get an attitude when all the man said was “how much longer do you think it will be, I’ve been waiting 30 minutes” That man was not being mean and asked politely only to get snapped at.

Unfortunately this is the only Zaxby’s close to me so I have to keep coming back. I order a side of the sweet and spicy sauce every time and they have yet to put it in the box. Still get charged for it though. Usually no utensils either. Also my price is different every time I order the same meal? Don’t know what that’s about. Would not recommend going here

Wasn’t sure what rating to leave for Zaxby’s. Ate here a couple of times while in town for work. The salad I got was very good. Boneless wings and cheese bites were ok. Would be nice if they had the Marinara sauce for the cheese bites. Got there one night 10 minutes before there closing time and the doors were locked and cones in drive thru.

Always pleasant. I mainly get the salads. They’re pricey, but one salad could make 2-3 portions. I love and appreciate having ginger ale as a drink option. I’ve never had an issue here!

Can you folks please STOP doubling sides when you run out of a product? For two Sundays in a row I’ve come in and you’re out of slaw. Why? Because you were out of fries and you doubled up on asking customers what other side they’d like. Stop doing that because you’re only going to run out of that item very quickly. Heck, discount people on their meals..BUT KEEP YOUR INVENTORY LEVELS UP. There was a note up yesterday that you were out of not just slaw but tomatoes as well. Yall can do better. Doubling up sides isn’t working.

Worse customer service, knowledge of menu, etc. The latest picture I posted speaks for itself, more like chicken nugget nibbler, lol. There can be not 1 car in the drive-thru and your going to have to wait 20 mins atleast!
