Zaxby’s food always tastes freshly made. On this trip we opted for salads which were crisp, fresh, and tasty. I had the house salad and my kid’s mom had the southwest salad. The salads were huge so my only complaint would be they don’t give you enough dressing for salads so bountiful. Also ordered a funnel cake. It was a little hard from being overcooked I guess but was still okay.

Pulled up to drive thru window and was met by a rude cashier that almost slung my food at me. When I tried to put the bags in my passenger seat it all fell on the floor, why they pile all your food to the top of the bag, to full to handle. While I was picking up my food off my floor of my car, another rude lady stuck her head out the window and said ” pull up your car, we are on a timer”. I told her about my food and asked if they were short on bags, she said move your car up. No I’m sorry, let me help, nothing. Got home, called restaurant back and was hung up on repeatedly. I will NEVER go back here, they should be closed down. Worst customer service and their food was cold and nasty and I live 5 minutes from them. Beware of this place! Owner should have his franchise pulled! Oh and I wrote to their corporate office and never heard back from them.

Words cannot describe how bad this experience was. This was by far the WORST experience I’ve had in a fast-food drive-thru line. The girl in the drive-thru was hateful and nasty towards me. And after reading all the negative reviews, I take it that everyone had to deal with her. I’ve worked in the fast food industry before, and I would’ve never been nasty to any of my customers like that. While I understand that some people have bad days, this girl straight-up wanted to get into a full-blown argument with me for looking at her weirdly. Which any normal human being would give anyone after receiving a foul attitude like that. While I love Zaxby’s, I’m never coming back to that location again.

Today is national wing day…received a reward coupon to buy a traditional 10 piece and get one free. I tried several times to order online and it wouldn’t apply. Called the store and never an answer. These promos are b.s.! The store managers never know how to apply them in the system when you’re looking for the deal being offered

The person in the drive thru didn’t ask me how my day was. They were very short with talking to me as well. My food was awful. The used tops of nibs as the bottom of my nib roll. The French fries were all over my tray in between the nibs and under them. My food tray was in the bad OPEN. They did not give me sauce or ketchup for my fries. I use to work at Zaxby’s and when I did this would have been representative behavior. I will not be coming back.

Idk if it’s just this location or what but we bought the traditional wings and it was not good. I think they changed the formula or sauce i have no clue but it doesn’t have the same sauce on it and looks like they just added pepper on top of the sauce. Highly disappointed what a waste of money . Zaxbys did not need to change their wing formula !

My family eat Zaxby’s often. Well we Used to untill we moved to Charlotte, near This location, which is the Worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever visited. I understand mistakes happen, but it’s the same experience Every visit. The last 6 visits, My order was Never right, cold fries, hard dry chicken & no matter how punctual I am about NO CUCUMBERS on my salad. 9/10 My salad is handed to me with cucumbers on it & they always have an attitude, poor customer service both front line and the drive thru. I visited today for the first time in months (because of their poor quality service) and yet again, the same experience… The Staff act as if they’re low performance level is a requirement . Absolutely NOTHING like any other Zaxby’s restaurant I’ve ever been to. It’s a wrap.. I’ll rather go 15-20 minutes out of my way to better location before I drive 5 minutes to this one.
