The last several orders food had to be thrown out. The funnel cake was a brick and not edible. The coleslaw was old and tasted like a sponge. The tenders were extremely small with gristle. I will not be patronizing this restaurant ever again because of the poor food quality.

Food poisoning from salad. Suspect the old tomato. First time boneless wings and fingers were actually hot. Fries too. It’s all in the timing. They had just opened so food was recently cooked. Usually cold from being cooked ahead of time. Everything delivered in to-go containers. I guess they save money by not washing plates. The whole experience seemed like a place on its last leg. It just needs to go back to being Biscuitville. Looking at other low reviews, the respondents are only interested in how to get 5 stars from you. Apparently they don’t read the issues in the reviews … they just see low stars and beg for more. The solution is simple – read the review details and fix the problems.

Just left there! The guy with the long hair in the front was extremely rude, order was wrong, food was cold and old! After spending $31 I took the food back requested a refund, then I requested the name and number for corporate since HE DIDN’T GIVE ME A RECEIPT! But he told me, “look on google” Then I requested the name of the GM he stated in a yell to me, “I DON’TKNOWWWW” He gave me my cash refund WITHOUT A RECEIPT!

I usually don’t have issues when I go through the drive thru line but many times when I come to this location to use the inside/pickup option the doors are always locked. There has never been a sign explaining why it’s locked and when I’ve attempted to call the number listed to this location no one ever answers.
